I used to play this a lot on mobile so I had to buy the PC port. Absolutely love it! It tentatively scratches the classic Nintendo gaming itch I've felt for decades, but in a quick and accessible format which is fun and engaging. You won't be playing this for endless hours, but more and more that's what exactly what I want in a game

A pretty fun and simple arcade style game. I really enjoyed playing it although some of the secrets may be too hard without guides. I think Fireball Wizard deserves some more recognition. You can tell that the developers had passion for the game.

Honestly this game sat in my library untouched for way longer than it should have. It's so much fun! the game looks great, it plays really well and the levels are kind of puzzly sometimes which is nice, it gives some variety to the feel of each level. It poses a nice challenge without being overly frustrating and the controls are super simple and easy to learn, so even as a beginner I found it very enjoyable to play.

Well focused and tight game-play consistently builds upon itself to build a satisfying escalation of difficulty. Puzzles are diverse and consistently challenging but not sadistic. Art style is obviously simplistic but consistent to its own style, very colourful and relaxing to play Only took two-three hours to complete but enjoyed throughout. Would recommend

Superb little platformer with great music and smooth platforming mechanics. Silly voice acting and can be quite challenging in places. The game has enough secrets and collectibles to be engaging without turning into a chore-fest. And my first 100% achievement game on steam! Loved it.

Довольно балдёжная игра. Геймплей из себя представляет множество платформенных коротких уровней с врагами. В целом боёвка ощущается нормально, хотя затыкивать пробел немного устаешь, особенно на боссах. Единственный ощутимый минус это вертикальная наводка. Среди врагов есть летучие мыши, совы и не только, которые имеют вертикальную мобильность, а вот у гг с этим проблема. Вы можете стрелять лишь константно по горизонтали персонажа, что даёт сложности если они летят на пиксель выше или ниже линии поражения, ведь пригнутся нельзя, а прыжок подкинет игрока быстро и высоко. Из-за чего попадать бывает слишком неудобно. Ещё к минусам могу добавить не интуитивность подсказок. Разработчики просто окрасили блоки в разные цвета. красные можно сломать заряженной атакой, зелёные рывком, а жёлтые ударом по земле. Если проходить игру за раз запомнить не сложно, но я брал перерыв и это ненадолго заставило потупить. Невозможность поменять настройки управления кнопок. В игре довольно много секреток, Часто они включают нпс с небольшой репликой, поэтому искать их было весело. Визуально они не подмечены и единственный способ их найти либо тыкаться во все стены либо гайды из интернета. Звуковое сопровождение тоже вполне неплохое. Когда герой умирает, кто то злобно насмехается над игроком за кадром, каждый босс разговаривает. Разве что не хватает если и сам герой бы произносил фразы, например при использовании заклинаний, но так как в игре есть скины включая женские это было бы странно, либо пришлось бы делать для всех. Боссы довольно забавные. Не слишком сложные, не слишком сломанные, и добавляют разнообразие в игровой процесс. Рисовка хоть и немного кривоватая, особенно в анимациях довольно приятная и ламповая. Игра проходится довольно быстро. Из багов игры нашёл, что заклинания криво останавливают время на боссах. Например при драке с тёмным лордом он продолжает прыгать даже при остановке времени. А если нажать во время того как он будет стрелять снарядами, время остановится, но при обратном возвращении выстрелит сразу за 2 раза, что не может случится при обычном таймлайне. Итог. Довольно неплохая игра, рекомендую к прохождению. Баги и косяки есть, но як по мне они достаточно некретичны. У игры есть своя атмосфера и она хорошо ощущается

Very straight forward, fun little retro dungeon crawler that works great on the Steam Deck. Catchy music, easy controls with moderate level difficulty- and cute little easter eggs hidden throughout secrets in the levels. Definitely worth snagging on sale. Easy 100%. 🧙🔥
