I was looking for a tough "Binding of Isaac" genre game and I am not disappointed, even in normal mode you ll have to know how to dodge! So now I play in easy, just don't say it to my wife ;-) + Graphism is decent, for this kind of game it is clean + Controls are Ok, if at the beginning I thought my panda was slow he is not at all + UI is efficient, you can set all you need + There are secret passages!! - Music is nice, retro style, but a little repetitive - Sometimes you can not reach coins - Tough!!! ;-) I'll update my review through my game experience, but for now, for the price, good job guys!!!
pros: - nice aesthetics cons: - grinding (you can buy upgrades outside of the game) - engine slows down when there is more action on level - big zoom makes it hard to know where to shoot on bigger levels - just look at - boring upgrades - boring levels - you can carry only one weapon + starting pistol

It's far too slow paced, for my liking, and the graphics are kind of lifeless. It all looks like a late 2000s Newgrounds flash game.
A fun twin stick shooter with beefy weapons, lots of explosions, and an overall dark feel to it. It's nice that it has a difficulty setting as some of these rogue-lite's can be painfully hard (I'm looking at you Enter the Gungeon). Runs great on Linux, Highly recommended.
I've just beat the game on Normal difficulty but upvoting because I already know it deserves it. The gameplay and the engine are solid, the levels are procedurally generated (which I love), the progression is fair, the music is cool and the game in general is fun. There are lots of weapons, items and secrets which I still didn't discover, and a 'daily run' which saves your score online. The price is cheap compared with the content, it could cost double and still be ok. I see ppl comparing it to "Binding of Isaac", I have that game and played it less than one hour, it just didn't grab me, this title instead have my attention, probably because of the different art setting, I'll put more hours into it. The Devs are nice and supportive and it works perfectly on Linux, thank you Devs for this great game!

Who would have thought that in apocalyptic pandas will rule the world, fighting an army of hogs, would make a so amusing gameplay experience? It was inevitable that at some point, someone in this big world that we live in will create a so fascinating future. The, game developed by "Skandivania Games", falls in an indie, rouge-lite category, that is wonderful complemented by a little of 2D gore elements, and it feels like your typical top-down action shooter with some Binding of Isaac influence. As you might except, from a top-down shooter, the plot is simple, but all you need to know is that you are panda, equipped with various guns and weapons who needs to kill whatever you can, make your way trough the rooms and find the key to escape each level. Everything seems simple so far, but the're a catch; all the levels and loot are randomized, alongside the other main thing: every death is permanent. The story mode challenges you to make your way trough the randomly generated levels, grouped into five chapters. With a little luck and if you manage to always be ready and think quickly you will manage to see the end of the game. Each stage is made up of a number of interconnected rooms and your main goal is to retrieve a keycard and make your way to the exit. Alongside the main rooms, there are a lot of secrets hidden behind destructible walls, lots of items from the crates, or just buy the items you need from merchants and vending machines. In your journey you may encounter rooms with no enemies, so you shall breath freely and enjoy one of the few safe moments you will encounter, as most of the rooms are full of enemies and traps. You must develop skills to be able survive, and you can't afford to idle when danger is close. The graphics and art style don’t do a ton to stand out, but they work fine for this type of game. Pros:
> Fun action. > Decent effects and graphics. > Random generated maps and loot. > One play through leads to another.
Cons:
> Same enemies everywhere. > Too few room templates.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BzlC3A_8YBw
This is a top-down "Binding of Issac" Style shooter with many similar game mechanics. The game has three game modes Easy, Medium and Hard, the final of which you'll have to complete the game on medium to unlock. That's easier said than done, however. This game is fairly challenging in a way that's reminiscent of "Super Meat Boy". In other words, you'll become quite comfortable with death. As well as being able to find weapons and upgrades within the levels, which are procedurally generated, you can also purchase upgrades with the credits you earn from playing which will then become active in future play-throughs. You can look forward to secret rooms that super-charge your abilities and ambushes in rooms you've already cleared. All in all I'd say this game is well worth the asking price.
