Fear The Timeloop

A very Resident Evil 2-esque kind of game. It definitely was enjoyable for the price and I got to be a wuss to the boys whom I streamed the game to. I really like the chase theme for Anger which reminds me a whole lot of the surgeon chase theme from Outlast. The game isn't entirely scary except for two proper jumpscares. I honestly thought the voice acting was subpar, (obviously it was bad, but enjoyable). The sound design was peak though because I was on edge on Anger's footsteps creaking through every corner and not knowing if he was above, below, or right next to me made that experience severely terrifying. The three boss fights are decent with it being slightly cryptic, I feel like having a note telling you what to look for in the boss fight would make it easier than you mag dumping your whole ammo reserve into them and them still moving just to find out it's not the right phase to ammo dump them. I really like the idea of a first person mode, but it wasn't fully envisioned and I wish there are improvements on that aspect. Solid 8/10 game and I wish to see more from these developers.

Very inspired by games like RE2R, The Evil Within, and Silent Hill 2. Overall, the game was a solid budget RE clone. The voice acting was atrocious. The story was at least pretty good too, choice of ending as well. The biggest complaint I have is that the game ran like ♥♥♥♥ and the flashlight/lighting was terrible. Also every boss was a gimmick boss. Got kinda old. 5.5/10

Very good game with lots of scares, monsters and interesting puzzles. I didn't like the 15 minute time limit though, and the protagonists voice acting was outrageous! The actor probably couldn't speak for a year after doing this role!
