Fallout: New Vegas

Bethesda turned Fallout into an action game, and Obsidian did what they could to turn it back into an RPG. Great setting, music and writing.

It revolutionizes the CRPG(crashing role playing game).

The game itself is actually really good; however, I cannot recommend it in the slightest, even when it's on a massive discount, purely because of how unstable it is. Your save can sometimes just randomly get corrupted for no apparent reason, and there won't be anything you can do to prevent it or fix it. My free time is far too precious to be wasted on a game that doesn't respect my time.
