[b]F1 Manager 2023 carries the same issues as the 2022 title but as I gave it benefit of the doubt for its troubles, I cannot in this as very little was done in regards to improvements. [/b] [h3]Overview, Issues & Observations[/h3] You'll spend most of your time managing fuel, tires & ERS management for drivers akin to the controls in the official F1 games with occasional set-up adjustment depending on if you simulate practice & qualifying. [i]Research & Development & Designing remains the only determining factor for races and therefor your first & second season at a lower team will be gruelling as you invest all your resources into next year’s car while you waste your time watching the team loose each race.[/i] Unique management features are limited for a majority of playtime only being used for maybe 10 minutes before the next race weekend & 30-60+ minutes of on track racing occurs (time dependent on fast forward feature), sadly if you're looking for those features like Contracts, Logistics, Morale, Budgeting etc. It will come at the cost of sitting through races as there is no simulate feature for them like there is for practice & qualifying. Safety car's, VSC's & Red Flags are called inconsistently to the severity of the crashes, two cars could have heavy impact into a wall, block the road etc. and no call will be made & the race continues like nothing happened or a Red Flag will be called after a minor scrape. There is no player owned team so you're beholden to pre-existing teams with no personalisation on the player’s part. The on track racing is laughable as cars visually skip across the track or enter obvious animation queues that aren't seamless to their prior movements. Crashes are beyond laughable as small sparks appear during collisions, collisions of which appear like two rubber balls colliding and bouncing across the room. Lastly that's the graphics depict drivers & cars like poor imitations of themselves made from plasticine or playdough and that couples with the poor animation is astonishing given you’ll spend more time looking at them than managing the team. [h3]Conclusion[/h3] [b]I don’t recommend F1 Manager 2023 as it fails to address issues seen in the original 2022 release. I’ve heard that the follow up 2024 has done so and given that this title no longer receives sales, if you’re interested you should investigate the latter instead.[/b]

Etant grand fan de F1, j'ai adoré élaborer mes stratégies et vivre des courses palpitantes. Le jeu mériterait un mode coop ou online pour être vraiment parfait.
