It could be worse... But it repeats over and over at every EA Sports game. Useless online activity updates, loading screens , and after minutes of waiting- connection error. Classic F1 were simple. Launch a game, pickup a Grand prix, and drive. Now it took 6 minutes and lot of loading screens.

If you have a wheel, don't buy. The game can't keep calibrated, some inputs don't register properly and you can't reliably steer and throttle at the same time. The throttle also doesn't start working until 60-75%. Even basic things like the menus are a cluttered, overloaded mess that makes it so difficult to even access time trial. And it still doesn't support a mouse. In 2026. I want to like the game but it is so buggy and broken that I can't recommend it. To cap it all off, because I spent so long trying to get it to work, Steam won't let me refund it. That's £35 down the toilet.
