About
As wars tore the globe apart and overpopulation pushed humanity to the brink, a lifeline emerged: The Arcade, a virtual world offering escape. In this digital utopia, everything is vibrant and shiny, everything runs smoothly... or so we’ve been led to believe.
Mika never trusted The Arcade’s ads, but her parents did. Hoping for a better life, they left without an explanation. Now, she’s stepping into The Arcade to find them and uncover the truth behind its glossy facade.
Explore the streets of this virtual world to discover everything it has to offer. From die hard duelists to lazyheads, you’ll find a unique crowd of people living here. Just be careful not to touch them in any way, it might trigger unwanted bugs.
Every day is a loop, giving you the freedom to spend your time and choose your activities as you see fit. Fancy a movie night or a gym session or maybe a duel? The Arcade has a spot for it all. However, keep in mind that slacking off won’t go unnoticed; not everyone appreciates a lack of enthusiasm.
Climb the leaderboard of The Arcade by engaging in spectacular boss battles where you can enhance your strategy with up to 50 ultimates and 60 abilities. Who knows, maybe one loop you’ll be one of those champions like the ones you see on the megascreens.
The Arcade is brimming with things to do, with new minigames around every corner of the city. No time will be wasted because even something as simple as playing dice with a cat can boost a useful stat.
It won’t be easy in a world where everyone looks the same and real names are erased by decree. Mika must uncover leads and seek allies in a place where trust seems like a distant illusion. To reunite with her family, she’ll need to confront her deepest fears and doubts, pushing through a web of deception and uncertainty.
Sums Steam only; PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

I recommend this for people who like to explore short, hidden gems. Main gameplay loop is similar to Mario tennis, but in a box and you hitting the other side gives you points. Minigames are basic and give you rewards, such as currency, stats, and items. Story is ok.

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.13/day in the week to Aug 3 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

What I liked: Visual style The setting and synopsis Variety of minigames Little Easter Eggs like an NPC wearing
Link's costume
What wasn't quite so good: The duels I missed one of the features of the game entirely (apparently, there is a social media app you can post to as a character) I wish it was a bit longer or the world had a bit more depth Repetitive unfinished bits (like the keyboard mappings) for a game that's out for 2 years I am a bit on the fence about this game. I enjoyed it. While there wasn't anything broken or wrong with the game, I didn't leave feeling satisfied, victorious or impacted by the story. I would still reccomend it if you like the art style, or want to play the duels as that would bring a lot of options to replay.
Extra Coin is a game about moving on from loss, challenging the status quo, and making peace with reality. Is it better to forget your real life in a wonderful dream? That's the choice that you, as the player, must make. Along the way, meet compelling characters, play addictive mini games, and remember to feed your cat. If you're looking for a short yet profound game with plenty of levity mixed in, try Extra Coin.
Great Game! The locations look awesome. It's fun and sucks you in to keep playing to unveil it's secrets.
Incredible game with a huge soul and beautiful graphics. I found the battles really challenging at first, but the game made me want to persist. I can't recommend it enough!
