Exosuit is a dynamic shooter in a unique style, where focus is on maximizing fun of gameplay. Game has no plot and the emphasis is only on unbridled action and unusual visual style.

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 30 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Its pretty good
Going to give it a thumbs up only for the aesthetics and it's price on sale. The music didn't do it for me, lack of map and the similarity of level layout plus backtracking are responsible for about 40% of my game time. Not enough enemy types, and most are bullet sponges. All in all, not worth more than 2€
(This review is mixed, I'm leaning on negative since there's both longer and cheaper games using the EFPSE engine on Steam in comparison) Exosuit is a Retro FPS developed by Emergency Exit using the Easy FPS Engine. Being someone who has kinda gone down a rabbit hole of EFPSE titles thanks to a certain DOSman and some other titles, Exosuit kinda is just the most basic form that a game using this engine can use and it really shows. Which is a shame cause I DO know you can make some fantastic stuff using EFPSE. Gameplay of Exosuit is comparable to Wolfenstein 3D but you can platform, where you have geometric built levels, with enemies to shoot, a kinda same-y arsenal of weapons, and unmarked secrets with goodies. I have played a few EFPSE games that also "in a nutshell" have this exact same gameplay loop but they either had more going for them to fit their theme, or at least had level design that wasn't annoying. Exosuit unfortunately doesn't do much for it's theme and has kinda annoying levels for EFPSE standards. Easily it's best level is it's first one and that's the Demo. And again it's not like it plays awfully or is the most hardest thing in the world, it's just very underwhelming and the most "it exists" kinda gameplay loop which doesn't help when it randomly gets a difficult spike due to the level design. Now stylewise, Exosuit does actually have something going for it. A very monochrome-ish style where certain objects only use one or two colors. Like the enviroment and the player using teal, enemies being all bright greens, door marked with their key color, ammo types, etc. It's actually a really nice mixture of game and art design working together and is visually unique from any other FPS I've played. Kinda wished it was in a better game to be honest. I also cannot recall if the soundtrack was any good but I don't recall it being bad so it does have that going too. Overall, I've had some ups and downs with some other EFPSE games for being kinda bland in the gameplay department or having some really tedious and annoying level design, but I've usually been able to not be as harsh towards since they were either small projects, sold for cheap, and/or did something I thought was charming. Exosuit, outside it's artstyle and I think it's soundtrack, doesn't really have much to offer if you're comparing it to other FPS you could get for the same or cheaper price. Hence why I think it's fair to not recommend despite being mixed. Unless you're like me and curious for the sake of it. Though absolutely get it on sale cause 5$ for barely a hour of content is pretty hard to swallow.
sheesh
Worth getting, both to enjoy and to support the dev. Gameplay loop is straightforward -enter area, find ammo/weapon or engage enemy in either order with color-coded keys determining progress in a very competent unflashy but stylised boomer-esque shooter that respects mostly your time, tho as others have said, needs some tuning up on level design by adding landmarks in bigger levels. Weapon balancing could also do with some work as I tended to run out of ammo in sections and im a very sparing user. I would suggest letting the basic pistol be infinite with a cool down, while the larger weapons need more available to them. In addition, some enemies were too spongy. There are indications that a shop might have been intended and I would suggest adding this with perhaps coins from dead enemies or even random drops. Nothing too fancy, but would help smooth the player experience and add to the fun.
The game is right in the middle of recommend/not recommend for me. The positive points are that it has a cute retro style, is fairly cheap, and the game delivers what it shows in the trailer. The problem is that it'a bit too rough. It needs a better enemy ai (that doesn't track you and keep shooting at you even when it cant see you, like the turrets do), and it needs a better 'oomph' to the weapon-sounds and when you hit and kill enemies. It lacks some polish in other areas as well, and thus I can't give it a recommend at this price point. Update: There's also no story, and after beating the game it just ends and sends you back to the main menu. The game needs more polish and more content.
