About
In Enlisted, you are not only commanding a single soldier, but an entire squad! This MMO squad based shooter recreates the key battles of the bloodiest war of the 20th century, with hundreds of soldiers, tanks and aircraft taking part in each battle.
Lead your squads to victory!
Each player commands his own squad of AI-controlled soldiers in battle. If you lose a soldier, you can immediately switch to another in your squad and continue the fight.
Thanks to this, battles in Enlisted feel truly massive and intense, similar to the real battlefields of the Second World War!
The battles will take you to all corners of the world! Fight on several islands across the Pacific Ocean, in the villages of Normandy, on the streets of Berlin, on the snowy fields of Moscow, in the heart of Stalingrad or even in the sands of Tunisia!
The game features four countries participating in the war: USA, USSR, Germany and Japan. Choose just one or all of them and build your own army to your liking from the myriad of squads with different specialties. Based on your choices, you’ll end up on different battlefields, each with its own weapons, vehicles and matching uniforms.
Not just infantry, but also 400 of the most famous and diverse military equipment is at your disposal: tanks, armored cars, motorcycles and aircraft, both fighters and bombers, are available for your army.
At the same time, tankers and pilots are fully trained soldiers. Was your vehicle damaged? Leave it behind and join the fight on foot, continuing the fight as an infantry squad!
18 different soldier classes, each with unique perks and specialized weapons, including not only classic small arms but also heavy weapons: anti-tank guns, heavy machine guns, anti-aircraft guns, rocket launchers, flamethrowers, rifle grenade launchers and many more, so you can adapt to any situation and overcome every challenge.
These unique mechanics allow you to flank the enemy, drop your paratroopers behind enemy lines, build fortifications and gun emplacements, and use dozens of different tactics to push toward the mission objectives.
Each player has access to developer tools to create custom missions that can be launched on the public server!
Hundreds of missions are already available on our dedicated portal - from detailed recreations of historical battles, to battles on the surface of the Moon in low gravity with energy weapons. You are limited only by your imagination!

There's pros and cons to this game just like any game. The AI is retarded. It will frustrate you to no end when your friendly squad suicides itself, but it's also what makes the game fun and gives you that "feel good" aspect of "Man I just mowed down 8 dudes trying to cross a street". Feel good fodder is awesome. It makes the game feel not so sweaty when it's not 50 other players sweating their balls off, only 10-15, and in the chaos, you don't really notice them. The visuals hold up well in 2026. The sound design is phenomenal. The map design is good for the most part with a couple of exceptions. The best part is the game is completely playable without spending a dime. Even without premium, you can monitor your squads gear to ensure that you do not move into the next tier without having all of the essentials researched so that you remain competitive. Some nations are better than others at different tiers, and everyone has their own unique feel and playstyle. Germans have extremely good MG teams and, of course, armor. Russians have very good SMG's for close quarters combat from start to finish. Western allies have great planes and are decent at every tier, and are VERY powerful at combined arms warfare, but not overpowering in any single tier. The ♥♥♥♥ move VERY quickly, and have very good rifles and one of the best SMG's in the game with good fighter planes. All in all, it's worth a shot. For free, what do you have to lose?

I just love my squads, you can barbie them up, change their name, They are so cool! Great game for collecting cool toy soldiers and cars by participating in almost constant free events. And yeah it's a Gaijin game but monetization is nothing like their typical behaviour.

Im terrible but this is fun
Wish i found this sooner Enlisted has its highs and its lows, but nevertheless this is gold Some animations are "weird" but i don't mind...
This game is great for a game to play at 3am when you can't sleep and just want to play a great game and it is free it is a great game to play well listening to megadeth's rust in peace
Enlisted is a surprisingly great FPS. As a War Thunder player, I immediately recognized the attention to historical details, the progression systems, and the feeling of authenticity that Gaijin brings to its games. But Enlisted is not just "War Thunder with infantry" — it has its own identity. As an experienced FPS player, what impressed me the most is the squad-based gameplay. You don’t just control one soldier: you manage an entire squad, switch between your soldiers when needed, and use each member to keep the fight going. This creates situations you simply don’t find in traditional shooters. Losing your best soldier actually matters, and positioning your squad properly can completely change the outcome of a battle. The gunplay feels satisfying, the atmosphere is immersive, and the large-scale battles capture the chaos of World War II in a way that many FPS games fail to achieve. Assaulting a position with your squad, supporting your teammates, defending objectives, or surviving an intense tank encounter creates some genuinely memorable moments. Of course, the game is not perfect. Progression can feel grindy, and balancing between different squads, weapons, and eras can sometimes be frustrating. But once you understand the systems, the experience becomes incredibly rewarding. For FPS veterans looking for something different, and especially for War Thunder players who want to discover the infantry side of warfare (even if it's coming soon in the game), Enlisted is absolutely worth trying. It’s not just another WWII shooter. It’s a chaotic, tactical, and surprisingly immersive battlefield experience.
