I have a 4090 and i7-12700k, 32gb of ram, m2 gen 4 ssd, and it's too difficult to play because the bad optimization it has, i really loved the idea of playing this game serious, but i can't say i've done it more than 2 times.
(Udate) The game does still somewhat work but only on Manhattan. Brooklyn and Montgomery is rittled with bugs

Had to refund it, very bad quality on my end.
The reviews and the store video should say it all, this game is the king of lag and bugs. It will never leave early access, I wouldn't recommend spending money on this game.

After years of being in "development" this game feels and plays no closer to any kind of finished product still to this day. I had high hopes for this game in the beginning. Lots of promises made and broken. It's unfortunate because I do want to love this game. I want to play this game with my friends but at this point in time between unfinished features, broken AI and bugs it is simply not playable. Take my advice and invest your gaming funds into a game that has a future full of entertainment and potential because this game doesn't have either.
why does this game keep crashing?
I've had this game for a few years and really tried to give it a chance (hence 30 hrs played) - however, while the core aspects of the game are in place and reasonably functional, the game as a whole remains extremely buggy, extremely unoptimized, and graphically lacking in many regards. It's incomplete, and the focus on additions of new features over completing/polishing what's already in the game means I simply cannot recommend purchasing this game.
Straight up scam by the dev. He's off making other games to scam other people out of their money now, instead of following through and finishing this game. Do not buy
