Leider aktuell nicht spielbar da der Day1 Patch das reinladen ins Game direkt beschädigt hat und ständig aufm Start landet. Man bekommt die Logos angezeigt aber es lädt garnicht ins Spiel. Ich hab lange auf dieses Spiel gewartet und dann dieser Fehler, enttäuschend. BITTE DRINGEND BEHEBEN. Leider muss ich es zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt auf NEGATIV setzen aber sobald der Fehler behoben wurde ändere ich schnell meine Meinung auf grün. ARBEITET UNBEDINGT DARAN. Danke im voraus.

Ich bin enttäuscht über das spiel. Ich dachte es wird was geiles das man selber mall reinschaut wie es wirklich ist als Arzt zu sein. Was schlecht ist das es sich nicht wie Krankenhaus sich anfühlt alles naja die NPC die in der Trage sind sind wie tot sind einfach gerade nichts schlecht. Und ich weiß selber schon wie es in der Notaufnahme ist das speil ist sehr weit entfernt vom richtigen Leben der Notaufnahme Wenn ich Entwickler wäre würde ich das spiel erst 1-3 Jahr später veröffentlich Das ist das erste spiel was Müll ist absolut Müll was ist getestet habe. Kauft es euch erst wenn es wirklich gut ist und mehr gibt Spiel ist dazu auch zu teuer Was man verbessern tun kann wie im echten nah rann kommen Und mehr Animation und mehr leben im Krankenhaus bringen Sonst wäre das echt ein gutes spiel !
Es war leider zu erwarten. Dieses Spiel hat Potential und leider wurde alles liegen gelassen, was das Spiel zu einem unterhaltsamen und lehrreichen Spiel gemacht hätte. Absolut keine Atmosphäre, die Aufgaben sind schlichtes Abarbeiten und sehr repetitiv. Grafik sehr ungleichmäßig gut. Die Räume sehen ganz nett aus, der Patient wie aus dem letzten Jahrhundert der Grafikkarten.
I like this game, and with the most recent updates, things are much smoother. I doubt more will be added due to the negative feedback but I think this game is good. Very fun to me!

Super jeux très prometteur, pour ma part aucun bug, jeux très fluide pour un jeux sortis hier. Français bien traduit je n'ai remarquer aucun soucis de traduction. Je n'ai pas grand chose a redire de négatif, mise à part que je trouve que les scénarios pourrais-être plus diversifier, et je trouve que l'on pourrais pousser encore plus loin les soins, comme peut être plus tard la possibilité d'opérer sois même ou d'autre genre plus poussez, mais tout cela n'est pas une critique loin de la et puis on peux pas demander plus pour un jeux sortis hier. Moi qui seras bientôt ambulancier, je suis conquis par ce jeux plus tôt bien réaliste je le recommande à 1000% et je fait entièrement confiance aux développeurs pour la suite du jeux.
