im enjoying the game but it needs a quick patch, much of the road to glory play mode isnt done and needs refurbishment. youll get stuck in team interactions and wont be able to continue. breaks the game and the user experience.
Run game feels great. Passing game requires deep understanding of real offense and defense. There are some cheese plays, but i mainly play offline dynasty so that doesn't affect me much. Recruiting and NIL is in a really good place.
The mechanics, game flow, and visual presentation all sit on the extreme end of the spectrum for exquisite gaming. Though this is not Madden, it is of the same lineage and development and i consoder these titles to be for all intent and purpose the same. I will mention between Madden and CFB 27 there is a distinctive style to the play which mirrors the difference between play in the NFL and college. In short, play in CFB27 will see more breakaways, clearer disparity in ability between teams of different tiers, and upsets. I'm grateful they did remove the in-game purchase-based progress system. However, what remains is a progress system that was designed around in-game purchase. As such it seems dysfunctional, it does work (geologically slow) just not in any way that adds enjoyment to the game. Dynasty mode could be better but it's by no means is it "lacking". It tracks stats over 30 seasons, provides a recruitment process, and keeps the field fresh season after season with changing team strengths and weaknesses. This game (this franchise) unquestionably defines the genre. The depth of control, visuals, mechanics is unmatched across all game genres. And i need to mention the commentators- it does get repetitive, but remains relavant and unmatched in this type of game. Play is challenging but spectacular, and once you get used to the flow, will remain a favorite for many years. I trust EA will continue to refine this concept and keep bringing new ideas to the game experience, while appreciating us for purchasing their games by supporting CFB27 for many years to come.

I get the hate for the microtransactions at release but this is actutally a really fun game. I am into Dynasty Mode and while the learning curve is high (its a game, if you screw up start over) once you get going it's a blast. All the teams, players, and coaches are huge plus.
THIS DOESNT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE BASE GAMES BUT MORE TO DO WITH STEAM IF YOU AND THEIR LACK OF HELPING THEIR CUSTOMERS. IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH DOWNLAODING THE DLC OR SKILL POINTS. they did swell with this jolly game
It's college football, it's on the PC and it doesn't require a degree in engineering to make it work. There's issues for sure, but it's mostly harmless.
Fun game when it works but it crashes/ freezes literally every time I try to play. I have to restart my game 2-3 times before it works.
