This is one of my favorite games of all time. There's not many games I've played like it, and I wish there was. The gameplay is a unique blend of tower defense, resource management and strategy with some RPG elements, all wrapped in a roguelike package. The Pros: -The game is fairly challenging, and unlocking the characters and escape pods, and the unique spin on the run each pod adds makes for lots of content to play through. -The characters are unique, interesting, and have varied and unique playstyles, and most have backstories and unique interactions you can discover with other characters. -The turrets, items and characters are all fairly well balanced and most things are worth checking out/using -Great atmospheric soundtrack that creates a very strong vibe for the game's world -Very small and easy to run The Cons: -Especially in big 2025, this game is showing it's age. Graphical glitches, multiplayer connection issues, some desperately needed UI/UX improvements -Those issues are probably not going to get better, because Sega bought Amplitude and I've seen no indication they plan on working on this game at all. if youre looking for a unique diamond in the rough, and can tolerate some jank, this game is for you. Ive been playing it for years, and its just as good as the day I first played it. If by some chance Amplitude or Sega sees this review, I desperately want a remaster or at least just a big patch for this game, it absolutely deserves it.

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Do not buy this, game crashes on modern hardware. Huge shame. Devs abandoned the game.
It's a very interesting game that unfortunately, in order to justify the rogue element, as I imagine, it launches the difficulty instantly even at the easiest mode. Therefore, after hours of game play, having understood the mechanics, you open a door at floor 8 for ex. and suddenly Asmodeus himself with all his minions flush and attack you and destroy everything in seconds, players and constructions ,(which by the way, were upgraded). Sorry no, the difficulty should be a little more linear, this looks like gamble.

Every once in a while I will try to play this game and each time it's just not fun. And sure, game hard. But why is the "Very Easy" mode still brutally hard? Oh right RNG that can just end your run instantly. The concept of the game is appealing, but the execution is lacking and the tutorial is terrible. First, items/equipment. The tutorial doesn't touch on the fact that some characters are unable to equip some weapons or even how to equip weapons and items. You do it by clicking on the item and then clicking on the slot of the character. Second, enemies will just walk past your heroes to attack the crystal. Okay sure, it's a tower defense game and you need some towers, right? Well you can't do much when you open the first room and a large enemy comes out, walks through your four heroes, and begins to deal 2 damage a hit to your crystal. Your crystal's health is your ability to power rooms and that RNG just made is so you don't have enough health to power any rooms. Good luck beating that level now.

Ой, извините! Положительный отзыв недоступен в нашей стране.
It's a somewhat fun game that tends to anger me. The combination of long runs and punishing RNG proves the game does not respect your time. Your chances to win are very low, even when you know everything you need to do. It's clunky and slow. Speed is punished. The game mechanics battle with each other. The multiplayer was fun, but it's been long dead. I have not seen player sessions here since 2020, and it's such a niche title that you need to have particular friends to enjoy this.
