Dredge! Need I say more? Ok, it is a great game. It's great not because it has advanced mechanics but because the atmosphere is simply beautiful and the narrative progression is intuitive and fascinating. The environment of the game is dark, surreal, and at times funny. The day/night mechanic for marking time, makes for moments of calm interspersed with dread. It truly is a game that is both relaxing to play and lends a mysterious and eerie air to an otherwise mundane rainy afternoon. If you enjoy maritime themed games, this one is for you. Even better if you like haunting atmospheres with side quests that gradually unravel regardless of if you're making excellent or simply terrible decisions in game. The game is quite forgiving for a thing that throws you curveballs after dark. It's easy to get a bit too carried away sailing into the sunset and forgetting you should probably dock somewhere soon- until some sinister dark goo slithers into your ship's storage. Anyway, good times on the high seas.

Nice casual pace with just right amount of suspense and intrigue to make you run away when needed.

A very relaxing and wholesome game to anyone looking for some relaxation.
