About

In Dragon Gate: Tournament, up to four players race against each other in multiple high-speed sprints, competing to earn points. A sprint ends when only one player remains, as any player who falls too far behind the leader is eliminated by a powerful enormous orbital beam.

Upgrade your car with Power-UPs such as a Gatling Gun, Explosive Barrels or a Portal Cannon to give you the advantage you need to outrun your rivals.

Even after elimination, players can still influence the outcome by launching homing missiles at the remaining racers, impacting the race and shaping victory or defeat!

This game is incredible. I have played it to 100% and would play this over any arcade racing game any day when playing couch coop. The skill to chaos factor is just perfectly balanced and i will play this game a bunch more with my friends whenever i can. A bit more info for those that love reading :) Controls: The cars feel arcady and responsive. They allow for precision driving which would make Vin Diesel proud, allows for forwards and backwards driving with the wonderful turn around jump that i just love using and is still arcady enough to not feel bad when you faceplant into a random wall. Items: I love the item variety that the dev put into the game. Most are useful if used correctly, some are powerful wherever you are postioned at the moment and the rare ones are just chaotic. And i have to say chaos is what makes this game awesome. Rockets flying everywhere, the leading player having to turn around to dodge rockets and the players that are out who are trying to eliminate the rest, creates fun for every person playing, regardless of if they are currently winning or losing. Tracks: The visuals are clean, always nicely distinguishable and very easily understandable. The Tracks are intuitive with the occasional intentional curveball, which makes them very easy to learn and in case of the later maps very hard to master, with the various shortcuts and jumps. I love the progression of difficulty in the tracks. The tracks have wonderful design where the intention of the location where your driving is felt immediately and i love the industrial design. I also love that the cars can be destroyed as a sidenote. Achievements: The achievement hunt was very fun in this one. They were varied and definetly very rewarding to obtain during runs and all of them felt intuitive and not at all grindy which i appreciate. Sound: I found all sounds to fit the vision of the game and none of them felt out of place and were pleasant to the ear. Where the sound shines is when playing couch coop. It just adds to the tension or pressure when your in first place when you hear a rocket fly towards you and your car explode. Love it. *Tldr: The game is awesome i want to play it again soon and i can recommend it to everyone that loves arcade racers, especially for this price.

I had some of the most fun sessions this year with this game. Definitly meant to be played with friends but the single-player is great fun as well. Map and Item variety in combination with the game physics give great replayablitity. For the price, imho a steal.
A perfect game for a gaming night with friends. Fun, easy to set up, long lasting. Also very good to play on its own.
