~~~ PREFACE ~~~ Game rules and I <<< WILL >>> change this review to positive. But first things first. There's over 100 keys on a standard keyboard, but like many modern games, EVERYTHING is assigned to one single key. 'E'. Ride vehicle? E. Talk? E. Interact? E. Pick a plant? E. Read a sign? E. Sit down? E. So many things in this game are SO tightly condensed it's a massive headache to use your vehicle, interact with a plant, or talk to an NPC in a LOT of instances. This flaw should have never made it to 1.o. Furniture & vehicle interaction at minimum need to be changed to E + direction or just another key outright. Thank you for coming to my TED talk, see you when the positive review lands.
한국어 번역 좆구립니다. 아이템 이름이 통일성이 전혀 없는 수준입니다. 수정하기전까지는 쳐다도 보지 마세요.
번역이 진짜 최신 AI 번역기만 써도 안 나올 번역입니다. 파파고 번역기 돌린 것 같아요. '안녕! 우리 처음 보는 것 같은데? 반가워!' 이런식으로 번역해야 될 문장을 '안녕! 나는 너와 처음 만남을 가져서 반갑습니다' 이런식으로 번역해놨습니다. 환불할게요.
希望制作组快点出个联机模式,这个游戏不能好友一起玩真的很可惜!!!
게임 켜고 가장 먼저 보게되는 첫 대화문인데, "일어나서 다행이다! 괜찮아?"를 "잘 됐네, 너 일어났어! 어때? 괜찮아 보여?"라고 번역한 꼬라지를 보면 환불이 마려워진다. 영어는 대체로 문제가 없어 보이는데, 한국어만 유독 문장 자체가 엉망이거나, 뜻이 완전히 왜곡되거나 하는 경우가 많음. (발번역 + 의미 왜곡 환장의 콜라보 예시 : 농사 쉬워 보이네! → 농사가 되게 쉬워 보여?) 영어에 자신 없으면 한국어 번역 되어 있다고 냅다 사지 말 것
[거지 같은 번역 해결법] AI에게(저는 클로드) C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Doloc Town\DolocTown_Data\StreamingAssets\aa\StandaloneWindows64 에 있는 configs_assets_all_12313595109d1c77011a0ce04787826a.bundle 파일을 주고 한국어 번역을 수정 해 달라고 한 뒤 (같은 명칭이 다르게 번역된 부분, 부자연스러운 의역을 고쳐줘) 상위 폴더에 있는 catalog.json 도 주고 이 번들 CRC 검사를 비활성화 해 달라고 한 뒤 덮어 씌우면 끝 즐겜요
I really want to recommend this game. It is incredibly well-made, it runs smooth like butter, the characters are fun to interact, the story is engaging, the sprites are cute, the backgrounds are gorgeous, the music is good and satisfying, and above all else, it just scratches that itch that Stardew Valley scratches and most other farming games don't. However, the gameplay feels all-over the place and halting at times. Once you're done getting to know what you need to do, you realize that you have a lot on your plate. Upgrades, unlocks, equipment, and tasks, so many tasks. Certain items can only be bought if you bring certain materials, and certain features can only be unlocked once you've submitted an assortment of diverse materials. You have a lot to gather and farm and produce, and you need to know what material goes where and who and when. All of that, and the game expects you to memorize everything yourself. There's in-game encyclopedia that tells you certain recipes, but not all the recipes for some reason. It doesn't tell you what equipment to process what crops. And it doesn't tell you which NPC needs what material assortment to unlock or buy what features. That's my biggest gripe: You have to write down everything yourself, with pen and paper. Some things are far too expensive to buy and/or create, yet some other things are just so cheap the materials for it just sit in your chest idly. There's even one material that turns completely obsolete once you've unlocked an equipment that makes its end product for far cheaper resources. Certain items either get too expensive to make in bulk, or require a technology that far surpasses your current skill level that, most of the time, you either have nothing to do but wait for the farm and equipment to produce what you need, or lose entire days trying to make five wood barrels. And that's my second biggest gripe: the economy of everything less than optimal. And lastly, the game punishes you for trial and error. The game doesn't tell you explicitly what you need to do. You kind of have to figure things out yourself. What is the best farm layout, where should you put your buildings, what's the recipe for dishes, which item goes what equipment to make a more expensive produce, etc. This would be fine, if not for the fact that, as mentioned before, the economy of everything is less than optimal. You don't want to waste a single potato since even unlocking the potato seed itself takes time, and yet the only recipe you've unlocked with a potato so far is either grilled veggies (that doesn't even need potato) or trash. At least it powers the generator, which coal also does, and does better. The potato doesn't go to the pickling jar, even though cabbage does. It doesn't go to the brewing cask, even though rice does. It doesn't go to the grinder, even though wheat does. And it doesn't go to the oven, even though flour does. I wouldn't mind trial and error, and some loss of resources are expected, except, going back to the first point, the game doesn't even tell you where things go, you have to write down everything yourself, with pen and paper. You're not rewarded for trial and error, you're actively getting punished for it. Honestly, if what you're looking for is "Good Vibes, the Game" then Doloc Town is right up your alley. In fact, buy it right now and you wouldn't regret it. However, trying to optimize the best possible output for your farm proves to be incredibly difficult. I really, really want to recommend this game. But until the gameplay stops dragging you down the moment you try to do anything, I have to give this game a negative review.
TL;DR
Good game, not optimized enough.
温馨的末日废土种田游戏 前中期靠钓鱼捡破烂就能发家致富。 优缺点体感因人而异就不提了,只举一些值得注意的细节: 纸箱=5倍背包,前中期可以在包里拉满,只留几个格子捡新道具; 手柄按Y/鼠标右键可快速连续使用物品,无需确认; 钓鱼佬的第一桶金:农场下层最左边的隐藏地图,需要二段跳+空冲; 塑料瓶+水洼=无限矿泉水,不过捡破烂勤的话很容易罐头自由; 温室解锁条件是水稻&小麦各50,雨季注意留水稻; 钓鱼节留一条给青梅势力献祭,蘑菇节各留一个献祭; 雨季的蓝莓留35个给水质核心任务和草莓研究; 旱季去山脊谷底最左边有隐藏地图; 动物会啃够得到的作物,但能增加特殊产出速度;
卡莎的小蛋糕可以给她无限送
。
*takes a deep breath, sighs* *goes to the blacksmith, clicks to upgrade their pickaxe for the first time* *pickaxe immediately upgrades* *like, I already have it back* *no waiting for two days* Best game of the century, 11/10
I can't really recommend this game but I did like playing it and I played it a lot. It was frustrating in many parts and pretty grindy. There's a lot to do, the map could be bigger. But the worst issue is that it's hard to figure out what to do for some things, and the English pages for this game are FILLED with fake/hallucinated AI wikis and terrible info.
