Dishonored

Alright so this game was on my backlog for YEARS. My BF recommended it to me, saying he played it as a teenager and considered it a masterpiece. After playing through the main game and DLCs I can only approve and say the same. The gameplay is fluid and has a sort of "Easy to grasp, hard to master" quality to it. Freedom would be the word I'd use to describe the philosophy behind the gameplay because you can truly do whatever you want and deal with situations as you please. The environments are so grim but at the same time so incredibly beautiful. The plot and its twists are so well done and I couldn't stop myself from playing. The relationship between the Outsider and its chosen is truly unique and I don't remember seeing anything like this before in the video game industry. In the end to complete the whole game with its DLCs and reach 62% achievement completion it took me more or less 36h, mostly because I was exploring everywhere and looting everything I could. It was well worth it's price, even in 2026.

pretty good

Completed this the other day - despite not having played it since 2014 it hasn't aged a single day. Terrific experience and absolutely unlike any other game on the market to this day. Brilliant from start to finish and it adapts to how you want to play the game. Want to go full stealth? go ahead. non-lethal options for everything (and, some of which, might be more brutal than having your life taken away from you...) Want to go gunsblazing? Unleash your powers to the full extent? Heck yeah, buddy. Get it!

the graphics and mechanism of this game is so good, also lore is so amazing, been knowing this game since 2018
