About
DinerDeck is a turn-based cooking roguelike deckbuilder about building exact recipes from ingredient cards, reading the customers at the counter, and surviving seven escalating nights.
Choose up to five cards, decide who should receive the dish, and reach the score target before your limited Serve actions run out. There is no timer. Take your time, check the numbers, and make every plate count.
Match an unlocked recipe exactly and the cards become a real dish. Miss the combination (or use a recipe you have not unlocked) and you will serve Mixed Soup with no recipe bonus.
A Classic Burger needs 2 Bread + 1 Beef + 1 Tomato. That four-card plate can score big for the right customer, but every ingredient you serve is permanently consumed from your Pantry for the rest of the run.
Every customer values food differently. One wants Egg. Another pays more for Bread. Someone else only cares that the plate uses exactly five ingredients. Compare the projected result for all three customers before you commit.
Your final score is built from Taste × Hype. Recipe levels, enhanced cards, Equipment, and customer preferences can turn the same ingredients into a completely different result.
The final service of every night belongs to a Special Guest. Their rule applies to the whole counter: no Meat, no Bread, no repeated recipes, exactly three ingredients, and more. A build that worked all night may need a new answer at the last table.
Between services, visit the Midnight Market to restock consumable ingredients, unlock new recipes, and level the recipes you already know. Build further with Equipment, Supplies, and targeted card enhancements as the run grows harder.
A focused Pantry draws the cards you want more often but serving those cards removes them. Buy too much and your deck becomes unreliable. Buy too little and the kitchen runs dry.
20 recipes built from exact ingredient combinations.
11 customers with distinct scoring preferences.
7 Special Guests with service-wide restrictions.
10 pieces of Equipment, Supplies, and multiple card enhancements for shaping a run.
A seven-night campaign followed by an escalating Endless Mode.
Fully turn-based play with limited Serve and Discard actions. (no time pressure)
