Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Jul 21 → 0.2/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I like the game. The only thing I want so far is a consist creator and a route selection so I can choose my own consists while running a long route.
First time driving a train. I will lose days of my life. Outstanding way to spend my time. Seems good to me.
Installed this after uninstalling a much larger apparently more polished train sim and i am so glad i did. It might not have the glitz and glamour of its larger competitor but its got more soul and substance for a fraction of the price, and given that it encourages modders and community contributions for addons says alot about the integrity of this Dev. I have seen a few comments on the quality of the graphics not being that great but i must say that with a few in game graphic settings choices and some tweaks in Nvidia Inspector i have this baby shinning from a scenery and 3rd person perspective. Its Locos/Rail Car cabins and controls dont have quite the fidelity or polish you will find in other sims but it makes up for that with immersive physics and sound which soon make you forget the low polygon count and obscure shaped gauges. This sim is built the right way and from what i have seen so far it has a solid core which makes it exciting to see where it goes in the future. EDIT: Future me here 6.26 This sim has improved so much in graphics all round, even the gauges are round :) plus gameplay/career and other features. So just stop reading and buy the dam sim. Bonus is you get to join a great community and support this genuine dev.

After the dev rugpulled us by pivoting to a different game, we finally got another major update and its marquee feature is a new UI. Which would be fine if it was *good* UI but it is not. Even leaving that aside, this game is too much of a one-trick pony to justify the asking price. The routes that are included feel incomplete and feel "fake" in that everything is just built in ways that don't feel very plausible. I'm disappointed that this game, which looked really promising at one time, just kinda completely stalled. I'm also somewhat disinclined to check out the dev's other projects.
default XBox controller controls remind me of the Japanese and Korean sims, but geared DMU are a challenge here or in TSW. It introduces you quite gently to the problems you will have.
This sim is truly fantastic the developer has done a great job especially with the recent update and career mode. Have played train sims for years way back from Microsoft train simulator days and gotten bored and fed up with DTGs TSW and overpriced DLC with bugs and glitches. This sim has filled my train sim fix. Highly highly recommend the community is lovely and not toxic like others with helpful people and best of all the moding available something TSW lacks. Honestly buy this sim it is a great price and you will not be disappointed. You will be part of a great community and its discord where the developer is active and communicates with his community and fixes things that need fixing.
nice and relaxing also workshop
The last update made the game about 90% better, very good indeed, I wish it also had electric locomotives like class 86-87, or steam locomotives and that it was possible to place the UI interface at the top of the screen, like in TSW. The only things missing are already on the roadmap, so I hope this game ends well complete, honestly I'm surprised how good this game is and in certain aspects it's better than train sim world. The only bug I've faced is some mountains that are in the middle of the tracks and every time I open the game even while using the keyboard the game thinks I'm using a controller for some reason. Overall, a very good early access game, I don't regret buying it
This is the best british rail simulator out there, especially if you like 1st gen DMUs.
Childhood dream . like having an old train-set on Christmas morning . i truly love this ,
