Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 22 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I really enjoyed playing this game! Pretty different and chill from other golf games out there. I just pop it on it the side and play it between task sessions. And the B/G score is just so nice and calming! 10/10 will recommend!
Fun game to pass the time. I was only going to play a few level, then 20 min. later i'm at level 25. Can't wait to play the remaining courses!

Launches directly into the gameplay, has intuitive controls, relaxing music, and is easy to move around your screen. Doesn't interfere with what you're doing. Basically it does exactly what it says it does and is a nice little toy to play with while you work or study or whatever. It's nice and worth the few bucks!
Just completed 3-stars on all 100 levels in one sitting. This game is a very pleasing experience to run through with challenging courses and clever level design. The gamer in me couldn't help but trying to figure out how to exploit the physics to get hole-in-one or two on most holes, and blasting ramps to skip hard corners is always a blast. I highly recommend this game!
Great game! It has a lost of Vista Golf vibes, but having it something you can put on the side of your monitor and engage with similar to Rusty's Retirement is fun! I have a few suggestions for additions, but I'll put that in a discussion thread!
Really fun and easy to get into, anybody could play this. I appreciate the simplicity and the very forgiving par scores, at least in the levels I've done. You guys did an awesome job with this. As a sweat, I'd love to have a keyboard shortcut to restart a level so that when I screw up I can immediately start over without having to go to the escape menu. Would also love MacOS support so I can play this during work meetings /s
Fantastic little idle game, I love the fact that it doesn't have a large window that is drawn over the top of other windows and can be docked to different sections of the screen. Makes for a good multi tasking idle game :D
Right now there's a big focus in media on stealing your attention and holding on to it. Immerse yourself, ignore your responsibilities, escapism, microtransactions, bright lights, dark environments, and an unyielding mess of gimmicks and gotchas. Then there's Desktop Golf, a game that loads immediately into exactly what it says on the tin. It's a polite little golf game on your desktop that loads in a second and plays a soothing melody. It isn't too concerned if you're looking or not. The game less like a place to go or be stuck in and more like a buddy to bring with you places. A little friend to fill the void between builds and emails. It's a nice reprieve and I'd buy it again.
Desktop Golf is a fun little desktop companion that does exactly what it's trying to do. The gameplay is simple but satisfying. The physics feel good, and every shot comes down to your own skill rather than luck. There are 100 levels to complete. The game doesn't introduce many new mechanics, but it mixes in different obstacles throughout the campaign. They get reused quite a bit, so some holes can feel a little similar. That said, I don't think this is a game you're supposed to finish in one sitting. It's designed to sit on your desktop so you can play a few holes during a short break before getting back to whatever you were doing. The controls work well overall but I wish there was a bit more freedom and convenience when moving the game window around the desktop. The visuals are very simple, but they fit the concept nicely. The relaxing background music also suits the game's laid-back nature, even if it isn't particularly memorable. It took me a few hours to complete all 100 holes. You can always return to earn three stars on every level or just play a few random courses when you need a quick break, but I personally felt satisfied after finishing everything. Performance was flawless throughout my playtime. Overall, if you're looking for a cheap, relaxing desktop game that you can enjoy in short sessions between work or other tasks, Desktop Golf is an easy recommendation.
