No support help How do I get someone to answer a simple question about this game?

You WILL have to pay money to play. I discovered early on that the challenges they create purposefully require purchases of specific types and brands of items. Not a problem. Then I realized after trying to complete the design challenges that I was only able to complete 1 or 2 challenges a day because the items they require are 90% high cost items that take $2500-$6000 per item to complete; and if you want to design with pictures, table decor, flowers, plants, curtains, pillows, or pets you need to buy diamonds or you have to submit the designs without any real decoration, which leads to lower scores in the competition area of the game. This is just another game where the developers have set us up to have to pay to play with any success in the game. Giving us 500 diamonds a day free for logging in is an insult when you have to save up diamonds for days to even buy ONE decor piece is ridiculous. It’s a carrot in front of the donkey tactic. “Play these challenges for extra cash and diamonds”… but you can’t win them without spending money to decorate in order to “win” just enough to complete one or two decorating challenges a day. They think we’re all stupid.

Such a scam This game consists of you making purchases for a LOT of your money. To start you need to pay $100. You’ll need to do this weekly. I constantly get “check your internet connection.” I have full bars and 500mbps/500mbps internet. I can do anything else including playing other games without any interruptions. You have to earn diamonds by completing offers on this app.It consists of outside purchases and watching lengthy ads. Which is run by Tapjoy. I constantly have to request support because I don’t receive my diamonds after completing the offer. I have to screenshot every offer I do and then send it to them requesting payment. What a pain! I have told every representative in an email that there is an issue with my offer wall. Their reply, you just need to request support for each offer completed. You get about 50 diamonds for each offer and items to decorate with are in the thousands. So you spend hours completing offers so you can decorate one room. You can purchase diamonds with real money, which I did. I’ve invested over $100 in this game. I’m fed up! Not to mention that they double charged me. They sent me an email a week later saying they issued a credit for the second charge, which still hasn’t credited me. When you design the room you are given rules for each room to decorate including decorating with a certain brand or material of furniture. You will always be told what style to decorate the room. What’s hysterical is they will tell you to design say rustic style using 3 or 4 items from a brand that doesn’t even make rustic furniture. Your rooms are judged by other players. What they don’t do is categorize new players to be judged from long term players who have accumulated prizes over a long period of time. Not fair to the new players who don’t have much to work with. I’ve earned prizes which your supposed to be able to use 5 times. However, I will use an item once and then it’s gone from my inventory. You can see all of your designs so it isn’t hard to see that I only used it once in all of my design challenges. Don’t waste your time on this app. If you do, I hope you don’t have the same issues I do.

Mixed Feelings I played years ago but stopped. Recently started again and I truly enjoy it - with a few major caveats. PROS: ✨Designing is fun ✨Great selection of Furniture and Accessories ✨Various styles of rooms, and requirements, so I can choose which I want to enter ✨Exciting to see how your designs rate CONS: 🥀Difficult to design how I want, without making regular in-app purchases for diamonds 🥀Hard to rise in the ranks unless you’re submitting several (5+) designs every day, which again is hard to do because you run out of cash and diamonds fast. 🥀This is probably the thing that bothers me the most — Nearly every 5 star design now is full of products from a “bundle”. Basically the designer fills the room with items that are sold in a curated set. The items are all created to match others in the bundle.. It’s annoying when you actually take pride and put creativity into your designs. And it’s getting increasingly worse. I try not to even vote for designs that rely on bundles anymore.

MY FAVORITE GAME!! >> a few suggestions 🩷 This game is absolutely amazing. It’s so relaxing, and there’s no ads whatsoever! The voting is fun, and there’s overall theme of the game is awesome! The only suggestions are #1: My inbox is always so full with random offers that I can’t find my ratings. #2: the voting should be worth a little more keys. I have to vote a lot just to get 15 keys (although I understand it’s the only way to get accurate ratings) 3# there are so many accounts with inappropriate pictures on their profiles. I’m not talking about bikinis, but full on butt-booty naked. OTHERWISE…. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS GAME TO OTHER PEOPLE LOOKING FOR FUN RELAXING (NOT BRAINROTTING) GAMES!!

The best home design game there is I’ve been playing this game on and off for years, as I’m sure many others have done or do. I love the complete freedom to design from scratch without forced decisions like other games do. There are some small flaws, as there are in all games. One of very few criticisms I have of this game is the fact that as long as the decor goes with a color scheme you can get 5 stars rewards even with same wall decors on the same wall to be lazy when I’ve seen people create from their own good taste and still get less stars than the “lazy” designers. I do think it’s too tightly automated and downgraded good designs when they should be given better ratings. However, it’s a form of confirming to a single scheme and that’s annoying, but the game overall is a one of a kind and reigns queen over all home designing games.

Ridiculously priced Would be a great game but one requires about 50 dollars a day to play all the designs - I know- I did it for days! 50 dollars a day for designing the way you’d want to- what’s the fun in hodgepodging left over junk you have because they literally want 5 dolllars for each furniture piece/. The tap joy offers are nice - but it takes all day to Get 1 piece of furniture - IF they decide to give it to you- and the games rarely connect properly- my entire tap joy was reset- and no rewards are connecting - so this game is pretty much over for me. - why? requirements for two pieces of furniture during each design challenge are about 6000+/- diamonds- not including the 8 others you would use to make it look nice. - because you need 6000diamonds just sitting around - and not much left over- Then you’re forced to use your junk left over. First place is 25,000 gems for the WEEK. Not Day (which doesn’t cover the requirements for 3challenges) I’m starting to just design and let expire. I don’t have problems paying for games. But this is overly ridiculous. (Rewards for completed design are 500 diamonds) -6000 (requirement) -35,000 for additional design) reward + 500 and free piece of furniture you didn’t ask for or want! - you can see how the math just doesn’t make it playable. And the inability to choose creates like designs for everyone - It’s a shame because it’s such a good game! I’m impressed by the work it takes to get it running- just wish it was affordable. Suggestion- charge the keys Pre submitting design - charge them at the beginning- when opening- INCLUDE free -the required pieces - (either you choose it or -it’s already there) then allow people to spruce up the design- lower the prices of ALL pieces at least by half - keep the diamond price -per dollar the same- that way your paying for things you want instead of junk you make us buy. - A table cloth being 2500 gems for one use is just ungodly ridiculous . . I would like to show people this app- but at these rates I can’t. no piece of single furniture (regardless if it’s used 5 times or not) should be 11,000 gems. That’s 9.99- for a 5 couches you may be able to use in-the game next 4 weeks. And if not- it expires? Suggestion Rewards for design - choice of LEATHER Couch - or Choice of “certain designer chair” - It’s an awesome game but- the pricing needs work. 10 blankets is better than 5 - considering you may use up to 5 per challenge. - 10 lamps better than 5 as well- as they are usually used in pairs of two. Should be less than .99 cents for ANY 5 /10 pieces of furniture - I feel like the money would flow in better if it was more affordable

I love this game but…. I’ve been playing this game for at least 10 yrs now, but unfortunately I’m going to have to stop playing because the pricing & the things you have to put in a room bc it’s mandatory have become ridiculously expensive. I’ve found myself using real money & I should have NEVER gotten into that!!!! It’s a complete rip off. Ik it’s my choice to do so but otherwise I don’t have the things I have to use. The prices have gone up so much but yet we are still earning the same amount of diamonds for a design. That needs to increase by a lot! The game would be more efficient if we could put things in categories such as holidays,tropical, etc Again I love love this game I just really hope you guys can fix the unfairness of it with the diamonds we earn. YES ik there are several ways to earn diamonds also & I do them ALL. Not that this matters but I have health issues & play ALOT now that I can’t work, but you guys need to make it more affordable to play. Earning 150 to 250 diamond & a rug is 2500 or more how is that feasible? Again I’ve resorted to using my real money & I can no longer do that so unfortunately I will have to stop playing. After 10 years. Only other issue I have with the game is when you do buy a bundle there have been MANY times that I didn’t receive all the items in the bundle & can’t get anything resolved. Ik this sounds like a complete rant but I LOVE this game & it’s a shame since now I’m at home all the time & can’t afford to keep up with the prices of everything. Also everyone the higher the level you get to, I think I’m on 191 or something like that, the prices of the mandatory items are WAY MORE Expensive!!!! Thanks for your time! Pleeeeeeze fix the prices so I can continue MY game & everyone else that loves the game can keep playing!!!!!!!!!
