Scam and Jumped the Shark Been playing a long time off and on. After a hiatus I was taken aback by so many of the new items availability in wild colors and ridinculous design elements. Now for the scam part. I purchase diamonds with real money. to purchase the items I want for the designs. I had been joking if I had a nearly 5.0 record because of my purchases and the hook was appeasing the big spender. Well tonight, I submitted a design at 8:02. At 8:02 a message hit my inbox that results were in. I open the message and have have received a score of 5.0 with flashing stars and the message Voting Results. So. Not a game. Not scored by votes. I feel like all of my purchases made for an illegitimate game should be refunded. I might look into this.

game within game design home is an enjoyable game yet expensive. I give them credit for introducing additional ways to gain items/cash/diamonds. they have introduced match game , which is a game within the game, to win prizes. if you are going to keep match game then do us a favor and update it. you get 3 hearts to play and maybe 10 all day. it takes several tries to win and you have to accumulate enough points to win each prize. $1.99 for 3 additional lives. quit being so cheap and give more hearts or less points required. it’s more frustrating than fun. it has been saying coming soon for more enhancements for a couple of months. take it down or bring it up to speed. tired of games that promise more ways to bring down the cost to play and then rig that against you too.

iPad app I can’t open the app on my iPad, it’s buggy and just say arranging but won’t open.

This used to be my go to . . . However, since I met Rohit, I have had glitch after glitch. Our relationship is antagonistic. He has not helped, and has flat out accused me of not complying and he cannot help me if I don’t comply! His words! Granted, when someone is not listening to what I’m saying and they are supposed to help me through the issues I’m having, I can be quite Salty! I have flat out advised to just give me my scores/results and I will delete this game as his assistance is not forthcoming nor is it helpful and I do not appreciate the fact that he denies that I have sent him over 20 printscreens! But I can clearly see those printscreens on my side of our many conversations! THAT IN ITSELF IS AN ISSUE SO I DONT KNOW WHAT IM GOING TO DO. I cannot play the game if I do not have access to the diamonds. If I cannot get money to play the game how do I compete! And I have noticed that the designs that are available to me I need ten thousand dollars for a couch! Honestly, I’m upset that although I have been trying to work with Mr Rohit, I get the impression he would like me to go away! So I’m asking you what started out as a 50 diamond error several weeks ago is now full fledged “I CANNOT PLAY”. So I’ll take my money and delete. Thank you so much for listening.

Bonus challenge not showing up I just got a notification in my inbox about a new bonus challenge called seaside Society event. When I clicked on it it took me to the fifth challenge of the series with no opportunity to enter the first four. What is going on??

Needs Improvements Edit: 6-19-26 Unable to get the app to open for days. Checking here to see if others are having the same issue. Edited 5-7-25 OK. I’ve been playing this game way too long. I may have a problem. Having said that … Who gonna tell them tariffs don’t apply to online furniture and decor that doesn’t actually exist???? Make stuff cheaper and give me back the daily 500 (or more) diamonds and I’ll give your stars back. Now who has to pay a tariff. 🤣 Edited 6-3-17 Needs to have options to buy accessories (plants, art, table decor) other than needing diamonds! Lots of rooms receiving lower scores due to lack of diamonds. This doesn't encourage us to buy with real money, it discourages use of the app. I absolutely love this game, but there are some things that need improvements before I lose interest. * faster ways to earn cash and diamonds (I read that you receive 500 diamonds daily, I do not) * items need to be less expensive; it takes too long to build an inventory * different voting criteria; I have also done rooms/followed criteria that should have been higher score but scored low * rugs and sofas priced too high in comparison to challenges available for those just starting. I really think you'd keep interest and still "encourage" people to make real cash purchases if you make those adjustments.

Love this game! I love everything about this game. I’ve been playing it since 2016 and I have watched this app develop and change over the course of 10 years and it has only gotten better and better. They’ve added more and more features to the gameplay as well, making the experience allow you to be even more creative. I love that they use real home decor in the selections. However, my biggest complaint is this: When you’re selecting your items to place in the room (specifically when you’re looking to spend coins or diamonds on something new) there is no ability to “sort” the selections. Such as; lowest cost to highest cost, highest cost to lowest cost, most popular, etc. This is how online shopping companies do this. If this was added, the gameplay would be SO MUCH BETTER. I hate having to scroll and scroll and scroll before I can find the most affordable and reasonable option. In conclusion, I really do adore this game. There’s a reason I’ve been playing since 2016! I just think the app would benefit so much by adding this.

Design home I like this app but there are some very frustrating aspects of it. We get $2500 for a daily challenge and 500 diamonds. We really need 2500 diamonds daily. NEVER enough diamonds. Voting, seriously, does not make sense. You should be able to vote on a person’s room - not compare it to another one!!!!!!!!!! I NEED A PERMANENT GOLDEN RETRIEVER DOG - like the BERNESE MOUNTAIN DOG. No accessories with it - just a dog.
