Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 25 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Death's hangover has 12 unique areas, each with several levels, and a boss. As you complete each area, you rise through the tower until you get to the final boss. Each room you must either break open the door, or defeat a certain amount of enemies first. Although it's arcade style, the gameplay is very forgiving and once you get a hang of it, it's almost hard to lose due to how many extra-lives you can get. There are Souls in each area you can rescue by hitting their box, and in turn you can redeem these souls after death for a free random-powerup and an extra three lives. There are also coins/point items in each level and every 5000 is an extra life The powerups are varied, and while you don't need to break everything to continue, you must find secret items (keys) in order to access 1/2 of the game. Overall, art style is fantastic, game seems bug free (except the one occasion i had where the ball bounced in the same path for a minute before it broke free), music/sfx are solid, and it's fun to play. The story/dialogue is blah, but who plays brick breakers for that? Takes maybe 30 minutes to an hour to beat depending on how fast or slow you play, and I'd assume 4-5 hours to 100% depending on how often you get the keys. The most unique part about the gameplay is being able to slow or speed up the ball at any time by holding left or right click, which makes it a lot more about strategy and timing rather than just pure luck when it comes to dodging enemies and boss attacks.
good game but hard
If you want to watch the full review on the Cheapness Review Youtube channel: https://youtu.be/588rnLWLW10 Quick text review: Want a crass brick breaker where the plot sounds like an early 2000s comedy? -Good, cartoony, pixel art visuals (If it isn't particularly ambitious) -Nice, arcadey sound design and spooky music (Doesn't have many tracks) -Good brick breaking gameplay but it does have a loose feel (Is tight enough though) and story platforming sections that are a tad lumbering -Nice story mode presentation with different routes, secret areas, different possible endings -But I doubt it's interesting enough to burn through them with consecutive play...it might be more of an inbetween game if you want to experience it all -Not much of a story and a mixed bag (Some things are funny but others are crass and low brow in a bad way... or at the very least is silly) -Samescreen co-op for 2 players (If player two doesn't get a paddle but shoots projectiles instead) -Unique as brick breakers are less common nowadays Practical concerns: -OK value for money for me (R4.20/ $0.50/ £0.40 per hour of gameplay) -Very small download size (Takes up 140 Mb on the harddrive) -Easy to run -Stereotypically not kid firendly (As said it's crass)
Do you like Arkanoid ? then you will love this :) (and has co-op too! what !?)
