Dead Space

Impossible to truly enjoy due to an incredible amount of micro-stuttering regardless of settings and some very weak dialogue delivery in the story. The game looks nice at least...

I have loved the original since it released. The remake does an excellent job at bringing the old horror back while adding side missions and story beats that make it feel new. Now redo the second one, please.

Dead Space Remake Good: ‣ Constantly feeling vulnerable (which is good, because it’s supposed to be a horror game). ‣ Good atmosphere and suspense. ‣ Disturbing-looking enemies and gory elements. ‣ Pretty good story. Sometimes it’s predictable, sometimes not. ‣ The cast is interesting, but the main character is even more interesting, mainly because of his development throughout the game. ‣ The Ultimate Edition has some nice-looking skins. ‣ I would say it has good pacing and variety in gameplay: mainly puzzles, combat, running away from enemies, and exploration. ‣ Weapons are pretty fun to use once you understand how they work, and their upgrades are fun too. ‣ When you launch the game, it doesn’t go to the main menu but instead loads the last save. ‣ New Game Plus (NG+). ‣ No EA Launcher. Mixed: ‣ It looks scary at first, but once you get used to the enemies and how the game tries to "scare" you, it kind of loses its horror element. ‣ It has two endings, which is great, but one is locked behind NG+. Bad: ‣ A lot of walking and backtracking. ‣ I needed a playthrough for some sections, not because I ran into difficulties, but because I overthought some situations. ‣ When loading a new area, the game gets laggy (it doesn’t last long, at least for me, around 5–6 seconds). I didn't play the original or other games from the franchise, but i think the remake is a pretty solid game overall.

Just as thrilling as ever. It’s a pleasure to see Isaac again. The remake is beautiful and faithful to the original. For fans of gore and space horror, it’s simply perfect.

Моё первое знакомство с игрой франшизы. Ремейк или оригинал? Видел много споров, и решил выбрать ремейк и не пожалел ни капли. Графика, освещение на невероятно высоком уровне. Мега приятное погружение в игровой процесс, вообще нет никакого интерфейса, ты и твой страх на протяжении всей игры, с умели сделать постоянное давление. Сюжет интересный, интересные событие в конце игры рассказываються. Дал бы пару минусов за то, что оружие в игре не очень классные и минус за то, что боссы типо здоровые ебаки у которых есть спец. места куда нужно стрелять, а так 9/10
