cheap and Good Co-op fun
Dead Containment is a lot of fun!
RATING: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The hitboxes are a lot better than the dated NOTD Remake, everything is buttery-smooth, shooting is more responsible and hella satisfying! Copy or not, I don't care. More great games like this should exist! (still hyped and waiting for NOTD2 Remake to come out on Steam PC though). Dead Containment offers hand-crafted and fluid experience despite it's Unturned-like pixelated look and it is one of the best and the newest title in the Rail Shooters genre.
P.S. Another fun and unique title that is worth checking out is Typing of the Dead: Overkill, although it might be a little dated but one of a kind and also good for improving your writing!
Игрушка полный улёт,очень смахивает на HOD,но со своими плюшками и фишками,советую играть вдвоем за одним экраном. Рекомендую к покупке всем тем кто любит рельсовые шутеры. I WAIT NEW LEVEL AND WEAPONS GOOD LUCK
Nostalgic! A nice call back to classic arcade shooters and in the spirit of House of the Dead. Even though it's early access with only 4 stages (at the time of typing this out) the game did a great job capturing that authentic action arcade feel and I had so much fun playing it. looking forward to the full release!
This game is awesome with the Sinden light gun. I have the computer connected to the TV, turn off the music, and play the modern Doom soundrack on youtube in the backgroud while I play. It is also great for competing by taking turns with one gun. Also, if you use a Sinden light gun, reduce the width of the white border to 0.5. It still works and looks much better.
Rating
3/10
Intro
Even putting aside the fact that it hasn't been updated for over 2 years, it simply isn't fun to play and lacks polish. More often than not, the difficulty comes from the abundance of zombies, the fact that you'll run out of ammo for non-pistol weapons and the fact that's really easy to get hit if you so much as miss one shot. Rather than your accuracy being put to the test. You're better off playing Blue Estate and The House of the Dead: Overkill instead.
Positives
+ Good soundtrack. + Good enemy variety. + Good aesthetics and graphics.
Negatives
- Only three weapons. - Unbalanced difficulty. - Weapons lack impact. - No couch cooperative. - No voice acting for the level-specific dialogue.
Very fun on-rails shooter. Short experience, probably best played with a friend. Very unique design mechanics that improve upon games like House of the Dead. I look forward to more levels being released.
fun
