Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 14 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Come for the fun lesbian robot sex, stay for the ways it'll hit you emotionally over and over and over again. I was looking forward to Dating of the Future a lot since discovering it during a Next Fest, and it did not disappoint at all, and in fact exceeded my expectations. The visuals are gorgeous and so well stylised, all of the locations manage to feel like real places which is something I find a lot of games do struggle with, but not here. The character designs are sublime, each feeling wholly unique and being a good reflection of their personalities. The ways they emote and react to things feels great, and all of their unique quirks in the way they speak, through both text and sound, really did help them all feel alive and allow me to feel closer to them. The music is fantastic too, on more than one occasion I found myself just stopping for a moment so I could enjoy vibing to the music. Visual novels ultimately live or die by their writing, and Dating of the Future excels in that area too. Managing to perfectly balance humour, seriousness and sex while maintaining consistency in tone and quality is undoubtedly a difficult thing to achieve and yet Dating of the Future manages it with ease. Especially when some of the topics tackled are quite heavy, to manage to keep that alongside some amazingly funny lines and great sex scenes without it feeling weird or anything like that is genuinely incredibly impressive. With each route I completed I continued to be amazed with just how good the writing was, never once falling below a high bar of quality it set for itself. Overall, I thought Dating of the Future was fantastic. Possibly, probably, one of the best 18+ games money can buy. And at 23 hours long (for me) its packed full of content to go through, and that is 23 hours of truly high quality content. Highly recommended.

You should definitely play this game hehe i love yuri
This game is extremely impressive. The pixel art is stunning, and the meat of the story is such a treat. It's engaging, funny, and doesn't forget to be erotic consistently. As someone who views erotic media as an area with a lot of untapped potential, I see this as a huge leap forward for NSFW games that should be a benchmark for serious developers with an interest in the genre. The story's commentaries have a lot to say about sex and porn as they relate to art, interpersonal relationships, ethics, humor, identity, boundaries, trauma, and more. The characters are realistic and charming, but not without flaws which create very organic conflict. The actual amount of sexual content of the game is less than I'd expected, however it is paced very well and both the dialogue and art are some of the more creative and erotic content I've ever seen. While I prefer when narrative-focused games allow more player agency, I wasn't disappointed with DTF's more linear approach. I'm not sure how much I'd get out of replaying it (soon, at least), but I was completely compelled by the characters, the overall story, and the frequent introspective conversations that weren't afraid to broach uncomfortable topics. Speaking of which, this game does discuss some dark concepts: Rape, sexual assault, long-term abusive relationships, sexual violence, as well as a variety of other distinct violations. I do not feel that the story is excessive, unnecessary, or gratuitous with these subjects; they seem to handle them with sensitivity. The characters actively attempt to heal from their sexual traumas, and I think it's likely that this game could provide some reassurance and direction for people with their own sexual traumas. Try the demo at least if any of this piques your interest. I had a feeling this game would be a gem and I do not feel disappointed!
This game is a phenomenal work, and I would honestly recommend it to pretty much anyone mature enough to play it. The sex scenes are pretty decent and only serve the story, rather than the story serving the sex. When I tell my friends I play these sorts of games for the depth of character writing and the worldbuilding I now have this game to point to as the perfect example of what I'm talking about. I'll be keeping an eye out for any future projects by the creators involved.
coolest dev ever? i think so
I was fascinated by the lore that this game was set in. Played the demo and was completely engrossed by the characters and premise. Also, kept taking screenshots to send to friends because something one of the character's said reminded me of them. I also appreciate the sticker and sex scene skipping options. Sex is one part of the overarching story but am glad this consideration was added too for folks that are interested more in the story than the spiciness per se. A lot of intense topics explored, so have a look at the trigger warnings. One of the best visual novels I've played in a while - I'm glad this one was recommended to me by the steam algorithm.
Writing is superb, lore is thick, if you're interested you better buy quick! Jokes aside, I've never loved a VN as much as this one. The variety of characters really helps find someone for everyone, though it's hard to pick favourites when everyone is so well-written.
The greatest game I've played since Undertale. Writing was refreshing and surprised me in ways I'd never dreamed it could. Game has adjustable autoscroll and found a routine in playing it while eating dinner. Changed the way I thought about so many things and, I ♥♥♥♥ you not, has actually improved my real life relationships because I can articulate things I never had the words for before. A game for chronic overthinkers, Sci-fi fans who want to see fresh ideas done well, people looking for a very LGBTQ+ game that isn't necessarily about queerness but is absolutely dripping with it no pun intended, people who use the word blorbo, sticker collectors, recovering people pleasers, people who have a lot of opinions about porn tropes, and anyone who's already stuck this in their wishlist but hasn't gotten around to buying it yet. It's worth it.

One of the best visual novels I’ve ever read. It’s sexy, it’s funny and has an absolutely fascinating world that I could spend hundreds of hours reading about. The characters and their stories are so memorable and will stick with me forever.
