Dark Romance: Sleepy Hollow Collector's Edition

本編までクリアしたので少しレビューする。 さすがBig Fish　カンパニー！　 このシリーズがまだまだすべてプレイ−してないんだけど、ゲームの中に出てるイラストがすごく気に入った。笑 ・良かったところ 上にも言ったけど、笑絵が綺麗でムービーかなり多めになてっいる。 言語は英語しかないので、誤訳などが無し（もちろん）笑　演出も素晴らしい！とても気に入った。 意地悪パズルなし。ストーリーも楽しめて展開されてると思う。 ・良くなかった所 特に無し！！ ps. うちのパソコン自体がマックなので、これからOS対応のげーむがどんどん開発してほしい！

Domini Games, I find, have always been one of the better producers of Hidden Object games. Great quality game with a good storyline and interesting mechanisms. I like that you got to play both sides of the story by switching between characters, and that both characters were equally active. Only real negative I found with the game was the bonus "find the witchy item" in each scene function. In a game in large part about witches, there were a LOT of witchy items and finding the object often involved randomly clicking on just about everything until you located the specific one you were supposed to click. I also find it amusing how unhurried the main characters were when trying to save other people. "Oh no, my returned ex is about to die in a fire! Better open my mail and play with my cat..." Ok, now that I think of it, maybe that particular example is a bit more believable. Was still funny though. I also like that this game forces you to stop and either play with or feed just about every animal you come across... 100%, would recommend.

Definitely a must play! The Sleepy Hollow follows the story of the Headless Horseman and the Sabbath Witches. Both are wrapped in a 18th - 19th century detective case where our duo protagonists, Kane and Katrin, have to solve the mystery and destroy the evils lurking behind the Sleepy Hollow world. Do you have what it takes to be a hero? Go on to this adventure and find out! PROS: - Beautiful scenes; - Fitting music; - Diverse HOs and minigames; - Plot goes smooth; - I like both protagonists a lot; - Fast-travelling map; - Three sets of collectibles that give away extras; - Main game + Bonus chapters; - In-game achievements; - It's a long pleasant adventure; - Good voice-acting. CONS: - No journal entries; - No trading cards. A gem of a game. I highly recommend it. Ever since I've played Dark Romance: Vampire in Love, I'm in love with the Dark Romance series! Truly, a must play games. Totally worth it!

Bought cheap as part of a bundle. Glad I didn't pay more for it. As HOGS go, this is average at best.

Excellent HOG. Great art, effects, & sound, and okay music, voice acting and story. You can also replay mini games and HOS via menu once finished. Skipping puzzle allows you to see the puzzle being completed, albeit fast, but it's a nice touch rather than just auto complete it without explaination/solution. You can switch between easy and hard mode at any time. Also change mouse cursor to basic one which I appreciate since it is more precise and easier to mark with. Negatives inlcudes the ever present annoyance with these games that once an object has been used it is usually discarded though you will need something similair soon again. Like why would anyone throw away say, a wrench, after one use? And also sometimes you might need to smash something and you're carrying a wrench, but the game wants you to use a specific rock. Or you can clearly see a rope in a certain scenery but you can only get and use a rope found in a hidden scene. Also main female protagonist is obsessed with blowing cr_p up rather than using literary any other less complicated means to achieve a goal. Lady, you just sawed through some wooden planks with a saw, and now you wanna blow up some vines covering an object? Also there's no Steam achievements, but ingame ones. None the less I enjoyed it immensly for what it is.

Good soundtrack and nice visuals. With one or two exceptions the puzzles are very easy. Nice relaxing game .
