Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 7 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Dark Matter is a retro-style arcade space shooter inspired by classic games like Asteroids. Players pilot a spacecraft in open space, destroying enemies and hazards while managing momentum, inertia, and positioning.
The focus is on fast reactions, precise control, and survival under constant pressure.
Movement in Dark Matter is driven by physics rather than fixed paths. Thrust, rotation, and momentum all matter, rewarding players who master ship control and spatial awareness.
Combat is immediate and skill-based, with escalating difficulty that challenges reflexes and situational awareness rather than long-term progression systems.
Dark Matter is built around short, intense play sessions and high-score chasing. Each run pushes players to improve efficiency, accuracy, and survivability.
This is a pure arcade experience, designed for replayability rather than narrative or exploration.

2D开飞船~打陨石~我不知道游戏为了啥目的要打陨石~ okay~后期也有敌对空间站之类的~ 不过游戏效果还是不错的~音乐洗脑~ 画面勉强可以接受~操作也很太空~
I enjoyed zipping around and trying not to blow up.

This game is sooo boring. I literally couldn't play more than 30 seconds. The only reason i even have 12 minutes of play time is because you can't review a game if you don't have at least 5 minutes in a game. So, i stayed in the main menu until i got 5 minutes. I type this review only to tell you how boring this game is. Nothing else.
This just seems like a very poor attempt at copying Beat Hazard. The graphics are terrible. The story is meh. The gameplay itself is just boring. 1/10
You can just sit there at the center of the screen and shoot everything, every single level. That's it. Level complete. Biggest resolution: 1280x960... I don't know why I have such games in my library. Freeware material, nothing more.
Not bad, but I simply can't image to play this for more than 1 hour. Slow, boring, EASY, little to no progression. Not recommended.
Decent little mission based Asteroids clone that deserves more respect
https://youtu.be/yX9EgqNUhC8 Even being upfront in declaring this is a game based on asteroids players would likely be better off playing asteroids than this take on the classic.
Tried to complete all achievement but stockpile achievement seems to be bugged, because I tried everything and I never get it. Game is meh
