So I have a problem I keep finding these absolutely wild shooters that represent the top of their class Movement, gun variety, shooting, damage: these shooters have it all, and usually have top-notch level designs to boot One problem though: their campaigns are either unfinished or way too short. Maximum Action, Severed Steel, and now Cyberfrags '69. I can't recommend this game enough, especially for how cheap it is, but please make the campaign longer so I can enjoy even more of this truly yummy shooting.
I can't believe someone made my fever dream come true: Quake duels & map pick ups + Titanfall 2 slidehopping & wall running in a single game... I wish it wasn't a discord pick up game though... However, I must say though there are some close quarter maps in this game that do not belong in a fast paced movement shooter, since the way they are designed kills the movement momentum due to constantly hitting walls while moving around due to how "boxed in" the map is. At times it felt like I do not have enough space to build momentum nor maintain it.

I've seen this game describe as Titanfall + Quake, which is inaccurate. This game plays like Titanfall if you were running on a server with sv_cheats and air acceleration turned way up and added 20 different weapon mods. The game is certainly not complete, but it also does not lack in weapons, maps, or an existing level of movement and shooting polish. I'm excited to see where this project goes in the future. Buy it at full price if you can, support solo devs in this ever niche genre!
play it. you like titanfall? play it. You want to show everybody whos the coolest kid ion the playground? play it. this game is extremely fun for his premise, this being: move as fast as you can, whenever you can. plus if you are scared of the price dude the game is pretty cheap compared to titanfall 2 and its the same game
Was looking through old wishlist games and found this. When a game has 100% reviews, you take notice. Since there's been some time since the release and since the last review, figured I'd give you a look at the current Cyber-Frags '69. First, like everyone else, just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ get it. If that's all it takes, do it now. 100% reviews are rare and should be taken notice of and we both know you like the gameplay you see Second, if you are afraid of the lack of content, After an hour of looking through menus TRYING to find all the content, I can say that as long as you are willing to play with friends who have the game, you will not run out of content quickly. Third, yes, it is very similar to modern DOOM games, almost to the point of being a direct clone, though they do a few pickups differently and the weapons are SO much more varied Pros: -Incredible gameplay, like out of this world -Interesting, engaging weapons and enemy types (though there are only like 6 enemies at the moment though the combinations can ♥♥♥♥ on you if you're not paying attention) -Potential for the best modding scene out there -Plenty of fun for friends -Community will put together Friday servers, so it is still an active game -Updates are still being planned and produced Cons: -No Steam modding scene so far, not sure if that's planned -Updates are a little sparse, though I think that's more team size than anything -After the few campaign missions available (4 at the moment, took me around 30 minutes though they'd be perfect for speedrunning), only wave survival and endless modes for singleplayer experience -Playerbase is TINY, just look at the SteamCharts for it; if you expect to play with people, they're going to need to be friends you have forced to also buy this game I love it, definitely a game to come back to occasionally if the pilot gameplay of Titanfall 2 interested you. Don't expect anyone to put in untold amounts of hours, but for $5 it's the perfect amount of stupid fun on a weekend with friends.
yes
Truly amazing!!!
Yeah its certainly worth the money, but is it worth your time? There was no lobbies when I played, thats ok. Came across a glitch on a checkpoint where I could not stop moving forward so had to reset. Environment doesn't do it for me. LOVE that they put a giant Felis silvestris catus in this, havent ever seen that in an FPS. Surprising amount of working guns. Good music. Solid Dev. Clear passion project. Not Cube-World. Worth full price or more, likely worth your time.
