I actually discovered this game while browsing the Nintendo eShop way back then, didn't realize this game had a Steam version until I did the free demo of Zone 1 again recently, got curious to see if it was here, and now that I have a laptop, I can actually enjoy this game in its entirety! Starting things off, you'll get this very well made cinematic intro, and possibly, immediately become hooked to the 80's style synthwave music! It's always great to listen to. It's similar to the game Tomb of the Mask, where you slide around the map collecting dots and bonuses. If you enjoy puzzles and a fast paced atmosphere, and the 8bit arcade atmosphere, you'll definitely love this! If you get far enough in the game, you'll even be able to customize the themes and sounds of the game! Now, this is not an easy game, you will be murdered at basically every corner, by anything that isn't a bonus or a coin on the map, and you'll require fast reflexes and strategy by thinking ahead and planning out every move. Challenge yourself to complete each and every level perfectly, and as fast as you can! It's very satisfying to finally beat that level you were on for so long, repetition and practice is key, and by the way, you're also able to zoom in and out of the map with the spacebar. And I cannot say enough about the soundtrack, I swear, this game deserves more love and attention, it's absolutely amazing, and the game even comes with a music player that you can have running in the background, you know, to unwind after a long play session of mildly infuriating obstacles that you finally overcame =w= 11/10 game, definitely give this game a try, enjoy it :3

I tried to play this game on PS4, but it ran like absolute garbage there and I can't even believe it passed QA. However, on PC it runs perfectly fine and it is actually quite fun. Just like it says in the description, it is an arcade-style puzzley game with 8-bit graphics, so if that is your jam, then this game is a must play. The level layouts are super interesting, the synthwave soundtrack is top-notch, and there exists replayability to get perfect scores on every level (and there's 100 of them). I ended up getting the bundle that came with the comic book and OST for super cheap ($4,20, brahhhh), and I recommend checking out the whole package since it is the cheapest way you can get it. Plus those extras are great!

Je l'a déjà fais sur Switch et Xbox. Je voulais voir ce que ça donné sur PC. Le but du jeu est vite addictif, graphiquement c'est plutôt cool, même si c'est un peu chiche en cinématiques, je n'aime pas le chara-design du hacker qui nous donne des ordres. Sinon le titre à quelques lacunes assez étranges: Je n'ai pas trouvé les paramètres pour régler la fenêtre, la taille de celle-ci...etc. Comme sur mes deux autres console, l'ergonomie n'est pas son point fort, j'ai arrêté le jeu par accident dans les menus, c'est mal fait. Il doit y avoir quelques bug, rien de bien méchants, mais je trouve le studio un brin paresseux sur la technique. Les couleurs sont plus jolies sur mon ordi que sur mes consoles, bien sur, mais en dehors du labyrinthe, c'est un peu vide. Le rendu du mixage audio n'est pas au niveau de ce que j'ai déjà entendu précédemment. Et douze titres de musiques, qui si elles sont pas vilaines du tout, on en arrive vite à couper la musique, puis qu’à un moment on à fait le tour, et on les entends encore et encore. Je vais voir les bruitages, parfois sur consoles ils sont hasardeux et répugnants. Je verrais.
