Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Jul 31 → 2.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Not ready for playing yet. Crashes continuously, wont let you join friends sometimes. Good bones for a game but needs a good amount of elbow grease yet.
My zombie virus symptoms were throat pain and anal bleeding. 10/10 would be horrified by the implications of that again!
what's not to love about taking out zombies while working the 5 to 9 after the 9 to 5

I'll be honest, the only reason I didn't refund this is because my friend wanted to keep going. It's not great. Almost every action in the game is just "click and hold", which was both boring and hard on my arm. Half of the items made no sense, were exact copies of other items, or had no use at all that I could find. They weren't even good from just an environment standpoint-- coffee is inexplicably a painkiller, the only sedative is stickers (???), the blood transfusions have this bizarre out-of-nowhere lore where it's cow blood... Patients will be on the verge of death, and you examine them and they just need a honey lollipop. It doesn't even read as fun/silly, it's just weird. QOL features are almost non-existant; the item you have to use for basically every patient has the smallest amount per box, the flooring color is on a slider that doesn't save so you can't really color match the floor you already bought, random parts of the walls and ceiling have waterstains that can't be removed and go above any wallpaper you apply. There are two completely different buttons to throw things in the trash depending on what it is. The zombie aspect is just sort of half-heartedly shoehorned in there. Every once in a while you have to whack some outside with a baton. There's a board that says your patients can turn into zombies, but it literally never happened the entire time we played. I understand it's early access, but not even the bones of the game are good. It feels like something that was thrown together with 3D assets in a single afternoon. I apologize if that's harsh, but if the devs truly want this game to go anywhere, they should rethink a lot of it.
A lot of bugs
Great game. Had a few visual glitches but nothing game breaking. Am enjoying how much equipment and the range of injures there is. Great with friends as well.
I think it's safe to say I'm kinda obsessed with this game. It's fun, distracting while my husbands deployed and keeps me occupied.
It's....ok. Gameplay loop is fun but gets repetitive and boring. I am playing alone and some in game days I will get VERY little patients and sometimes I will get quite a bit. Zombies will hardly appear but sometimes there will be 4, but usually just 1 if they do spawn. Assistant only consist of checking in and taking payment. Need to be able to do other things, like clean, change sheets, do the mini game checks, bring meds etc. If none of that at least do the mini game checks. Hate doing them since there are only 5 inventory slots. Have to have at least 1 weapon just in case and if you have the 2 tools to do the checks, then it becomes a pain to service the patients. Either have to keep dropping/hanging the tools up and then getting the supplies between patients or keep the tools and run back and forth multiple times to get what they need. Obviously this is where friends would make it easier. 1 can do the checks and clean up and one could bring meds and clean. Performance could be worked on as well.
its an addictive simulator, its pretty decorative aswell
FANTASTIC GAME. So much fun. So much room for mistakes. So much room for more memories with friends. Excellent.
