Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Jul 31 → 2.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

My partner and I love this game and we play together often. I like that it’s a fun blend of medical simulator with an apocalyptic twist. I have definitely gotten jumpscared a couple times when I’m working on a patient and they start to turn into a zombie haha. I’m really enjoying the new updates and I’m stoked that we can build walls now! Our hospital is really coming together. I do have a request for the Devs though— I know this game is still in early access, so I’m sure you have some big plans up your sleeves— but can you please (eventually) provide an update where we can move and customize the sign in the ceiling that says the name and slogan of our hospital? I have a vision for the layout and it won’t let us place walls wherever that sign is. I’m also curious if you have any plans to implement character customization in the future? Or even something as trivial as working TVs? (For the first few times of playing I kept trying to turn them on hahah) Anyway— keep up the good work! I’m excited to see what else y'all are cooking up for this game!
great fun lil resource management game
If you enjoy simulation games this is a must add to you list. They are constantly doing updates and it seems like they are listening to the community.
nice game
Want a simulator with chaos? This is your game! I've played this on and off with seven different friends and we have fun every time! Additionally, none of us are regularly streaming, but the streaming features in-game are some of the best I've come across to engage with your viewers in real time. Highly recommend! 9/10
It's not without it's flaws as all early access titles have (controls are confusing for no reason, several annoying bugs still exist, I don't agree with some of the price balancing, decorations don't seem to serve a practical purpose including tv which is always off, etc). But so far, I'm still really enjoying it. Currently on Night 10 at lv 2... taking it slow as I continue to try to get used to the bad controls. I might post a much more elaborate review later.
Such a fun game.
