Reviews
One of the best Resident Evil games I have ever played, and everything you could ask for of a survival horror game. Fun, compelling, beautiful, atmospheric, and the perfect length. 9/10

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Lovely little experience. Had a lot of fun with the puzzles. The combat and the weapon variety was okay, the enemy variety was more than enough. The locations were super cool and the plot was good. Solid survival horror.
“Staring into the flames, I feel something... It is a curious mixture of hope and dread. Maybe everything will be okay. Maybe it won't.” -Mara Forest

Incredibly beginner-friendly for those new to the survival-horror, Crow Country should be treated as the gold standard for the genre from now going forward.
Gameplay
Survival horror is as classic as it gets: Both enemies and ammo are limited. The challenge comes not from action but from knowing where to apply resources to get rid of an obstacle, and what risk to take to maximize their effectiveness. Puzzles are the classic mix of using key items on the environment and deduction-based ones.
Story
You fill the shoes of one Mara, agent(?) Mara Forest, as she investigates a missing person case that quickly evolves into a bigger mystery surrounding the titular Crow Country theme park.
X-Factor
Retro survival-horror that goes for more of a cozy look than the usual grungy aesthetic. Controls have both tank movement on the d-pad and normal movement on the left stick, so you can play and switch between both on the fly. A lot of survival horror games feature puzzle elements that feel like a bizarre gamey rigamarole that doesn’t make sense within the setting itself, Crow Country had the genius idea to set itself in an amusement park so it makes sense most of them to be some amusement-related entertainment. The map is quite small meaning all the fun is condensed into areas that don’t take you hours of running back and forth to traverse.
Downsides
No real complaints, maybe it’s not really a scary game nor is ever tense, but maybe that’s the point.

While it doesn’t do anything EXCEPTIONALLY well, it does do everything VERY well, all wrapped up in a cute short little package like Mara. It’s not a game where you will catch yourself thinking about it once you complete it, so I don’t know if I suggest this 8-hour experience at full price, I got it under 10$ and was 100% worth it at that price, wholeheartedly recommended. (extra game modes give the title more replayability if you really want to get the most bang for your buck)
An amazingv little game. Highly reccomend it for fans of classic horror.
бляяя в игре была настройка управления бляяя.....
Very inspired homage to PS1 era survival horror. It's a really neat little package. I would recommend this to any fans of early RE or Silent Hill.
我爱紫发小人
No es muy largo, pero sin dudas es muy divertido, se siente como un tributo a los survival horror viejos, el soundtrack es hermoso, la historia es muy interesante y la ambientación es increíble simplemente es muy solido, me encanto
A neat and simple survival horror, doesn't do anything new and will be easy if you are used to the genre as me (played on hard and never really struggled). The thing is, the plot did also looked like it was not going to have many surprises, but the ending revelation was a very clever idea. It leaves you with a haunting feeling of dread that makes you think again about the clues you saw, and how terrifying and dangerous greed can be. Very good.
