In Cross The Boundaries you will solve puzzles while trying to stay alive, looking for an answer to what the strange woman desires. Explore the dreamworld and learn about the forgotten fantasy of the modern world, but beware of it's dangers.
Cross the Boundaries is a puzzle and exploration game with horror elements and Visual Novel-like story telling. You will explore different stages, pick up items, and solve puzzles to advance. While progressing the game you will learn more about the characters, their fears and hopes.
This is a Touhou Fangame but no prior knowledge of the franchise is needed to enjoy it.

Main Characters
Known as Merry by her friends, she is a psychology major with a big interest in myths, legends and the supernatural. Merry is shy and often doesn't speak with other people unless they are close to her. However, she has a big secret, since she was a child Merry has seen supernatural beings like ghosts and monsters. 
Renko is a physics major who paradoxically is interested in supernatural phenomena. She is very smart and outgoing, Renko is the president of the occult club in university. She are Merry are the only members of said club, and often have club activities searching for supernatural phenomena, in a world that has already forgotten about it.
Translated as "the gap woman", is a urban legend that stalks people from places too narrow for a person to fit inside. However, there is something more to this strange woman. She is heavily interested in Merry, and since her first appearance, Merry has been having strange nightmares.
