An enjoyable top-down upgrade shooter. The 'feeling' is just right for the movement, upgrades, equipment etc. For its price this is a steal. You'll enjoy going through the various ships and equipment available (though the burst ship IMO is the only viable one so far).
Feiner kleiner Shooter.
This is an easy recommendation to make. It's a great game overall. There's plenty of ships and characters to unlock. As well as a decent variety in weaponry. My only real complaint would be the length of the levels. You only get 10 minutes per round. The Developer has said that they plan on making an Endless Mode, so at least that's something. It would be nice to have the option for a 20 minute round. But it is what it is. Still, it's a lot of fun to play. And that's all that really matters.

Cosmic Carnage is a decent shooter/survivors-like. Could use a tad more balancing and I'd love to see a bit more variety and creativity but it does feature lots of levels & unlockables. Simple but fun. For more niche curation, follow me at: https://store.steampowered.com/curator/27440015-CSH-Picone/ Want more honest niche & indie reviews? Check out: https://www.cshpicone.com/gaming
I’ve been having a blast with this game. I really like the variety of ships, upgrades and astronaut combinations. Mixing and matching different setups actually changes how the game feels, and it keeps every run fresh. The Dev is also incredibly quick when it comes to fixing bugs and pushing updates. It’s clear they’re actively listening to feedback and genuinely care about improving the game. If you enjoy experimenting with different builds and want a game that’s challenging but also a lot of fun, this is one of those games.
This game is like a honey for my eyes. Lots of combinations, interesting enemies, special ships and astronauts. It is absolute cinema!
Has nothing to offer that other games haven't done better. Nothing particularly special or unique. Build diversity is greatly exaggerated in terms of how much it actually changes gameplay. Generally competently made, not broken or buggy, but that's all it has going for it.
Not so fun.
