i'd say it is an enjoyable game, the first bit takes a while but the pace picks up afterwards. i think act 1 and 2 are better planned, so to say, and they do help understand the overall theme and the characters a lot more (especially act 2 with kojiro). imo act 3 is weaker in comparison, it just left me with more questions about certain aspects of the story and it didn't help me understand aoi better. personally on my playthrough i got the false ending, but i think i prefer the real ending
Incredible start. I think it might just be the best intro to a visual novel in a while. It drops off around the middle, but the end brings it back to a good, but not great, standard. I found myself predicting all of the plot twists quite a long time before they actually happened, but it was still fun. (Crow mode had me groaning.) Overall positive, but definitively NOT worth full price, I bought it at ~50% off, and I think that's still a bit much, although I will buy the artbook. I do think that it would massively benefit from having more than three choices, all of which don't impact the story much.

the voice acting is really well done, the art is gorgeous and the first act really had me disturbed in a way i dont think games really do for me that often. after the first act, i do think the story goes downhill a decent degree however i still enjoyed it a lot. the third act in some ways was a bit jarring for me, some of the plot twists the game tries to pull seems more like its just trying to outsmart the player for the sake of it, which is all well and good but it doesnt make for the best writing. the game is definetly at it's best when you are in the perspective of noriko, though i might be biased because she's my fav and in some (emphasis on Some) ways i can relate to her. i enjoy how the game portrays her spiralling through the ways that her narration will go in loops and repeat things over and over, it feels relatable and well written. didnt like act 3 that much, it just feels all a bit jarring and falls into the whole 'outsmarting the player' thing. i defnietyly recommend it though as it's a good story imo for the most part and the art + voice acting is amazing plus noriko is sapphic so that immediately made it worth my money imo
I love this game, I was SO taken with the story. It's just the right amount of unhinged and disturbing. The art style is gorgeous, you can get some amazing screenshots out of the cutscenes. I might just keep this game downloaded forever. At the very least, it'll always have a special place in my heart! So entertaining.
A gripping visual novel, that although at times being a bit predictable, still kept me gripped for the entire length of its story. There are a few plot contrivances that you have to just overlook or bear with, but it's easy to ignore them with everything else going on in the story. I 100% it in about eight hours, so not too much of a time committment if that is a concern. Definitely worth it overall imo. Has accurate, unapologetic depictions of various mental conditions as well which is nice to see represented. Definitely not for those that struggle with darker themes or spiral easily though. Also the soundtrack is absolutely phenomenal, probably the best part of the game.
Loved it. Only critique is how the first act is way longer than the others.
the voice acting is really good and my fav part is the music
While I really enjoyed the first half of the game, I feel like it kind of lost the plot during the second half. This is going to contain spoilers so please read only if you don't care or already finished. It was very much established in the first half of the game there's not really any supernatural things going on, they just throw that away in the 2nd half in chapter 3. I am left with way more questions than answers by the end, after completing every ending. I don't understand how this world works and I don't understand some of the characters motivations and personalities. I also don't understand some of the twists during the end. Good things are the story is compelling, the art is good, and Noriko is very entertaining. Overall I did really enjoy this VN but I just wish they took more time to write a better story for the 2nd part.
