Core Devourer

Игра выглядит достаточно приятно, по началу и вправду может показаться, что она интересная, но, к сожалению, в игре очень мало контента и разнообразия, за 2-3ч изучаешь практически всё, а остаётся только прокачиваться и пытаться проходить на рекорды или с максимальным усложнением игры на все усилители, в общем одноразка, для 10ч геймплея (70-80% фарм для прокачки) много стоит, хотя 240р объективно не так много для игры, не советую играть, если хотите продолжительного эффекта от игры, если только вы не любите фармить одно и то же на максимальном усложнении, даже поставил себе рекорд на 3:58 забег

The fun thing about 'run' based games (as in, you go out to have a session until you die, and get back to the main menu or some hub or something, is that you can make a build, and see how well it performs in the field. Then being in the field makes you gain resources (among which currencies or even items themselves) with which you can make your build stronger or make new builds and so on. I've played a few survivor-like games (Hades, Soulstone, and this one) and those lock substantial changes to your build behind levelups in runs themselves, not to mention behind RNG. Meaning, you might have a base weapon that synergizes well with a specific upgrade, but it's not guaranteed to drop. You're essentially at the mercy of RNG as to what your 'build' becomes. I don't specifically like that. Only Halls of Torment did this well: you had a main weapon, stats of which you upgraded with levelups, not the very way it functions. As such, I only played a few runs, and I wanted to refund it, but I'm going to keep it in my library just so I can use it for the interactive recommendation function here on steam.

For 5 hours of play maximum. Enough to figure it out and get through everything. There is nothing else interesting.

I enjoyed my time, but both component and achievement hunting become tedious. but for five hours of game play for less than 10 dollars was a good bargain to me.

Great game but I feel like the gameplay is a bit slow. Needs a bit more action and things to do. Quests or points to go to, etc. Otherwise, game looks great.
