Cooking Fever: Restaurant Game

Fun but dead end game The gameplay itself is fun and can definitely keep you hooked for hours. I've been playing this game on and off for over two years. Mostly off, and after coming back to it, I'm reminded why I end up taking such long breaks. My biggest issue is how slow progression feels. I understand the game needs to make money, but it feels like upgrading your kitchen and restaurant becomes unnecessarily difficult. Almost everything requires diamonds, yet when you level up, you only get 7 diamonds no matter how far you've progressed. That's usually not even enough to unlock a single kitchen or restaurant upgrade, so you have to level up several more times just to afford one item. The other option is using the slot machine, but that also requires spending a lot of coins, and the rewards aren't guaranteed. Not to mention, the cost goes up with every spin, so you're spending more and more coins each time. After a certain point in each restaurant, it feels like you can't beat the levels unless you've upgraded your equipment and decorations. That makes the game start to feel repetitive because you're stuck trying to earn enough resources before you can make any progress. There are a few ways to earn extra diamonds, like watching ads, but those rewards are pretty limited and only reset once a day. Even buying diamonds doesn't feel like a great value. For the price, you don't get very many, and it can feel like you're spending close to $10 just to upgrade one item, with maybe enough left over for a couple of smaller upgrades. Overall, it just feels like you're pushed toward spending real money if you want to keep progressing at a reasonable pace. I really do like the game, but it gets frustrating when it feels like the only way to make decent progress is by spending real money. That takes a lot of the fun out of it.

Money Hungry I used to love this game a couple years ago and downloaded again for the memories but now the games been taken over by money. Like gems used to be hard to get but now everything is basically behind a paywall or you have to grind for 9 gem shards for just 1 gem. This game also has little to no diversity. They have multiple variations of white women with different colored eyes but only one black male character. No black women no asian or hispanic woman just white men and women and one black man. Do better

Garden is broken Garden has been glitchy for so long that it must be an intentional cash grab, at this point. I have lost lychees from “server not responding”… how convenient for Nordcurrent that their server seems to not respond any time something that produces gems is planted or harvested. Thankfully I don’t spend money on this game, no one should.

ISSUES. The gems…players need more, there isn’t enough given. The wait time on plants, three days is ridiculous. Also I never received my gems after having my friend play despite her being a complete new player and finishing tutorial. I’ve been emailing someone on this issue and it’s not resolved despite it being about two days now. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTED.

bruh The game is wonderful, very interesting, and you really want to play it, but it's practically impossible to do so without donations. And the whole problem is diamonds. You ask for an upgrade for, say, 8 diamonds, but for completing a level you usually get around 6. At the beginning of the game, diamonds are literally handed out like seeds: for subscribing to a channel, downloading another game, etc. But what do you do after that? How do you even get enough diamonds? And those shards are a whole other story. To get at least 4 diamonds from shards by watching ads, you have to watch them 36 times! THIRTY-SIX. That's just plain cruel. I understand that developers need to make money, but when you have to either watch endless ads or buy diamonds to progress through the game properly, the desire to play simply disappears. I really want to continue playing the game because it's really interesting, but the diamond system makes the gameplay terribly stifling and practically forces you to donate.

The game crashes I can't get into the game. The first page loads, then a window for buying diamonds appears, and the game crashes. I can't play. Please fix this.

long time player pls read ❤️ i’ve played this game since i was a sticky little ipad kid, and still play it 10 odd years later. however, i feel like the game pushes the need for you to buy gems or coins so much so its required to play. This isn’t even the main issue; paywalls are common in many of these games and idrc. but almost every time i play the game now it tells me “server not responding” and try again in 15 minutes with support code (0). well, 15 mins later and i still can’t access my game. it does this daily, normally multiple times a day. i just think with so many dedicated players the company would seek to entice you to keep playing rather than spurning you for even opening the app. okay thanks, have a good one.
