Trip down memory lane I remember that my mom used to obsessed with this game. Like whenever she played it she’d be hyper focused on it to the point where she’d get mad when me or my sisters so much as asked her a question. Also, I miss when the backgrounds and customers were in 2d

CONSTANT GLITCH Repeatedly I’ve experienced this “server not responding error” that prevents play for hours at a time. Customer service ”Saule” is completely useless & responds like a bot no matter if it’s chat or email. There’s no rhyme or reason for the glitch at least on my end buts more than annoying . Fix your server or whatever it is !!!!

Broken game Fun game until it hits you with “server not responding” and you can’t play anymore. I can’t even log into the game. Conveniently, this happens after I make a store purchase. Support does nothing to help you.

Stealing gems There has been an on going issue with my progress disappearing. The first time was when I spent 20 gems on a upgrade, the app crashed and when I reloaded, my gems were gone but the upgrade did not go through resulting in me having to earn and spend another 20 gems. The second time was when I won a large amount of gems in the casino. The app again crashed and when reloaded the gems I won and the gems I had before winning the casino were gone. I love this game but this is unfair and needs to be fixed asap. And my game is indeed fully updated

good it’s a good game

Rather exceptional This game is a delight, wonderful game. It could keep me busy for hours on end. It’s a rush to help customers, and a focus to not burn your food. It’s actually rather invigorating . But. The gems are holding everyone back. We don’t earn enough to be able to advance forward as fast as we can with coins . Especially when upgrading cookware/bakeware. 10 gems is a lot for someone who only has two. And the gem shards are rather useless. I’d rather to be paid in full gems, so I’m able to actually use them, instead of 8/9 gem shards. But, still, overall, lovely game.

Fix the server problem! Latest update has made the game unplayable. Keep getting “Server not responding” error. Did a little research and found it’s a widespread issue for many if not all users. Please fix it!
