Contraband Police

This game is... fine. It's not bad, I wouldn't say it's good either. I honestly expected to like it more considering how much I love Papers, Please. But this game doesn't hold a candle to it. I guess Papers, Please succeeded partly due to it's simplicity. The entire game is just cross-checking documents. But here they added this whole border police simulation along with the cross-checking stuff, and honestly that's what kills it for me. The police border sim stuff, like managing your outpost, transferring contraband and prisoners to their respective destinations, apprehending and shooting bad guys is so one-dimensional and dull that I honestly question why they felt the need to add them to the game. They don't bring anything interesting to the table and feel like a complete waste of time. If Steam allowed neutral reviews I would have done that. It's not a bad game by any stretch of the imagination, and I actually think it has a lot of potential. I hope the DLC rectifies my issues with the game.

Very very great game play if you like the aesthetic of communism (not living in communism since we all know that's bad) and borders!

I don't even have to write much for this game, it has no DLSS which sucks harder than a Dyson vacuum, but the gameplay is peak cinema. American/Russian simulator on point

Everything about this game is executed well In my opinion. this is absolutely worth playing.
