The siege battles are still the strongest reason to recommend this game. Very few multiplayer games combine direct hero combat, controllable troop formations, siege equipment, walls, gates, supply points, and objective control in the same match. The most satisfying moments are not always the ones with the highest personal kill count. Sometimes the important play is using shield units to hold a stairway while teammates recover. Sometimes it is placing pikes at a gate before the cavalry arrives. A ranged unit can force enemies away from a position, while a cavalry group waiting on the flank can punish a careless push. Each unit has a role, and the battle becomes much more interesting once players stop treating troops as disposable background characters. Attackers and defenders also have different decisions to make. Attackers need to maintain momentum, open routes, escort siege equipment, and prevent their formation from becoming scattered. Defenders have to identify which positions are worth holding and when a retreat is necessary. Staying too long at a lost objective can waste units, but falling back too early can give the attackers too much space. The game becomes even better with a coordinated group. One person can call enemy movements, another can fill a gap in the frontline, and someone else can hold a gate or prepare a cavalry attack. A successful coordinated push feels earned because it depends on several players understanding their roles at the same time. Recent reductions to durability and Unit Kit costs help this core experience. Players have more room to test formations and different troop combinations without treating every failed attempt as a major resource loss. That is important because much of the game’s depth comes from experimentation. There are still frustrating bugs, balance problems, and onboarding issues, so this is not an unconditional recommendation. However, if you enjoy siege warfare, teamwork, and making battlefield decisions beyond individual combat, the core gameplay remains genuinely distinctive.

Making Spirit Resonance permanent is one of the most important progression changes so far. Seasonal content can be useful because it gives players new goals, but personal progression should not feel disposable. If someone spends time developing a hero and testing different combinations, that investment needs to remain meaningful after the season changes. This does not mean every progression problem has been solved. High-tier units, resource pacing, and the relationship between different progression systems still need further adjustment. However, preserving Resonance creates a much healthier foundation than resetting it repeatedly. The decision also works well with the Territory War reset. The shared battlefield could be restarted because of early balance problems, while personal hero progression remained intact. Treating those two systems separately is more reasonable than wiping everything together. For players with limited time, the change matters even more. Not everyone can rebuild the same progression every season. Permanent Resonance gives people more freedom to focus on heroes they actually enjoy instead of choosing only what seems efficient for one temporary cycle. I would still like to see clearer explanations of the long-term progression path, but this was a necessary step. It makes the time spent on heroes feel more secure and gives returning players a better reason to come back.
没有任何平衡可言,没钱别玩.新手就是炮灰....垃圾游戏
The launch left a bad first impression, and there is no point pretending otherwise. There were progression blockers, loading problems, unclear rules, broken Spirit effects, and several small issues that made normal play more frustrating than it needed to be. I would not recommend ignoring those problems just because the core gameplay is interesting. What has changed my opinion somewhat is the direction of the recent updates. The developers have started addressing specific parts of the everyday experience instead of relying only on compensation. Equipment durability now drains much more slowly, Unit Kit crafting costs have been reduced, and some open-world activities offer more targeted rewards based on the enemies you fight. These changes are not flashy, but they reduce the amount of time spent worrying about repairs, replacements, and unclear farming routes. Making Spirit Resonance permanent is also an important decision. Seasonal content can change without deleting every form of personal progression. If I spend time developing a hero and learning how that hero works with different units, I want that investment to continue mattering after the season ends. Keeping Resonance gives the progression system a clearer long-term purpose. The recent patches have also dealt with concrete bugs involving loading screens, unit replenishment, Spirit effects, quests, camps, and Territory War access. That does not mean the game is fully stable now. Balance, onboarding, interface clarity, and server performance still need attention. The fair conclusion is that there has been progress, not that every problem has disappeared. The reason I am still willing to give the game time is its core battlefield design. Fighting directly as a hero while commanding a unit through large-scale sieges is still difficult to replace. When formations, terrain, timing, and teamwork all matter, the game offers something more interesting than a normal action MMO. If the developers continue fixing specific issues while protecting that foundation, the game has a real chance to become much healthier.
anything 3 Kingdoms is great ;)
Making Spirit Resonance permanent gives hero progression a real long-term purpose. Seasonal content can change, but the time already invested in favorite heroes should continue to matter.

I don’t like it because I can steamroll every match. I like it because even when things go badly, you can still turn it around by switching units, changing routes, and adapting your playstyle.
