Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.43/day in the week to Aug 19 → 10.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

As its been said before, it shall be said again, Desert Strike has returned. I was a kid when the Gulf War happened, but when Desert Strike hit the SNES I was right there. Cleared Hot is a perfect new day version that puts you in the seat of an amazing hanger full of Helos, along with banter that reminds me of Bad Company. As a retired USMC Aviation Ordnance Marine I love all the munitions that come along with it. A must for any 3/4 top down shooter fan. IYAOYAS
The game reminds me of Saga Desert Strike, back in the day and I loved playing that game.

This is a great game. I have only played for 3 hours so far, but it's incredibly fun. It reminds me of Dustoff 1 and 2, and I am sure there was some influence from that series. There are 2 main issues tho. 1, the enemy missile physics are inconsistent. In the mission along the river that end with evading a fighter jet, the enemy guided missile launchers were very rarely faster than normal and we're able to turn over 360 degrees instantly. This happened 3 times to me and caused me to restart multiple times. Normally you can use the dodge/boost button to evade them easily. 2, this game is using 800 watts for some reason. Why is this game using more power than Battlefield 6? The devs should be able to patch this later, but definitely worth pointing out. I am using a 4090 and it is consistently at 480 to 490 watts as shown by my Thermal Grizzly WireView Pro II.
In a gaming landscape of AAAwokeness flops, this game is unapologetically awesome. See bad guys, shoot bad guys with all the bullets and missiles you could ever want. Missions are surprisingly challenging and the story is funny and engaging. I now have all the helicopters, and they are all awesome in their own unique ways. Looking forward to chapter 2 and 3. My only wish is that the devs make some sweet merch like a sick T-shirt. I would totally rep that shirt proudly!

Uplifting
When I finished chapter 1 I wanted so much more. I can't wait for the next additions! Like most reviews have stated, as soon as I saw this game pop up I instantly got sent back to playing Soviet Strike or Nuclear Strike on my PS1, the vibe is there and the game looks and feels good. My only quarrel is that it uses that asset pack for people that a lot of indies have been throwing out lately, but honestly that's just a nit pick because they're tiny, and you're usually ripping them to shreds. anyway, this game totally scratched the itch I didn't even know I had and I can't wait to play more of it.
Was a lot of fun to play with the content added so far, hopefully the jungle update will flesh out the armament/heli options too.
