Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 1 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The game is fun, but I really cannot recommend until they figure out how to speed up animations. Playing solo, it takes a very long time to go through the 3 AI players turns. Like "watch a youtube video for a minute" slow. There is a "fast" mode, but it just goes from unbearably slow to incredibly slow during turns. I know Direwolf knows how to do this because I've played Dune: Imperium and they have 5 options to speed up animations.
Clank is a good game however:- Dire Wolf has recently changed it's functionality and now requires everyone in a friends only game, to own the DLC in order to play together which is kind of outrageous for a board game that in the rl only one person would need to own. Surely non-ranking friend only games could have been kept as they were with the ability to share and purchase requirements could be part of online matches, leader board benefits, etc...

I'm having great fun with the game, but the fact that DLC doesn't share between host and players means I can't recommend anyone buy this game if it's not on a heavy sale. Even then, consider the cost of botht he game and DLCs for everyone you want to play with..
There is no reason to require an external account for a game like this
Too many times the AI players just rush out making games last under 20 minutes. That's just not fun... you get no engine going, collect barely any cards... go through your deck maybe 4-5 times and that's it. Then the other half of the times the AI dies in turn 3 from being too reckless and you barely get to pick the cheapest artefact if you want to make it out again before the game timer runs out...
After playing for several hours, I can say that this adaptation is pretty good, but needs significant work on its randomizer. The same cards routinely come up in similar orders. In addition, the cube draws are definitely not legitimately randomized. In calculating the amount of bad luck I received in this game over the past 3 runs are insane. When the draws of the deck, the cubes, and the tokens are all stacked against you when playing against AI players, I can confidently say that it is not worth purchasing to play if you are solo. I have this same issue with Direwolf's other offerings. Root's dice randomizer throws significantly more zeroes on the dice than they should based on a purely randomized sampling. While the quality is still there, the randomizers are designed to hinder you, rather than actually be a fair representation of what is happening with the mechanic, and I have problems with board game implementations that do this.
Was gifted this game by a friend, unfortunately you have to make an account to play multiplayer. Absolutely not. Refund requested.
I really wasn't prepared to like this game, but I'm a huge fan of Paul Dennon and his DireWolf's digital titles. Since then, I play the season Heist challenges daily and they're super chill and quick little endorphin runs. The gameplay is short bc of the dragon's breath tempo ramp so this isn't a game that let's you greedily survive and linger for long. That said, you have to get lucky with your available card options and hope that the Dragon row recycles. Some games are super heavy on fighting and others less so so having a bunch more of swords over boots may not pay off. The AI is hard but challenging to beat so you have to get better at making decisive route choices to win the heists. The game DOES reward nicely for discard/card draw combos, so always seek out those card options over pure gold, swords, or boots resource hogging. Your control over clank rating is also somewhat illusory as you really don't have the ability to heal or reduce clank at will, you can get lucky cycling often with certain cards. It's also a strategy, if you can get around the board and win-more to just play to get rescued with the most stuff, but you DO have to last long enough for that payoff. Great family game, but have yet to play anything but solo mode.
If you've played the board game you'll love this
I like it, its a good adaptation, it works as it should. The game itself isn't as interesting as some of the others in direwolf's catalogue. Shame friends can't host games with the dlc for other friends anymore, guess that's just the way the worlds going.
