CD-RUN

I've only gotten to play a few rounds so far, but I'm enjoying this quite a bit! The graphics are clean, crisp and easy on the eyes! I'm still humming the catchy intro song and thought the tracks while playing were upbeat and fit the mood of the game quite well! The CPU controlled Bits each had their own personality and gave me a solid challenge but I need to get this in front of my friends, will make a great party game!

Excellent game for family gatherings during the holidays! It was super easy to set up multiple controllers (we had 4 different types), customize characters and start playing in minutes. Didn't take long for everyone to catch on how to play, followed by much laughter, shouting and groans. Addictive and perfect for all ages to join in the fun. Warning, the theme music is an earworm. ;)

This is an endless side-scrolling platformer game where you play as a running and jumping square. Think SMB games in multiplayer mode, but you have to run in one direction, and you can't pick up your friends to toss them off the edges. It's a [i]fantastic[/i] way to burn some time with friends, and simple enough to put down after a couple of runs if needed, though it's hard to put down when feelings of aggressive competitiveness continually builds. What to expect when playing with friends: so.much.laughter, shenanigans, some comraderie (if you're playing distance mode), countless expletives, and name-calling.

I was gifted this game by the dev after we play-tested it as co-workers. Another made the chiptune OST and they both deserve praise for the work. CD-Run is a side scrolling race against your friends and the obstacles the stage throws at you, with multiple mode changes as it goes on. Fast Forward, Repeat, Pause etc.. all shuffle to mix up what's happening and make you pay attention all the time. When you add in other players all trying to survive as well, it's total chaos, and some of the best laughs I've had with my friends were because of this game. So, this game has everything you want in a pick-up co-op game. Customized avatars, rng stages and multiple modes. Everything is fast, the longest round I've ever had was still less than 3 minutes. If you need something new to play, if you're tired of never being the impostor, if you're tired of losing in Smash Bro/Mario Kart etc... you can race/kill your friends here! Simple, fun pvp game for couch gaming nights with friends

Played this game at Emerald City Comic Con with my two buddies and we had a blast playing. The customization for characters is great special for someone who is color blind. It even has a colorblind mode that I think is very thoughtful for colorblind gamers. Also, the randomness is great you don't know what is going to happen next so its different everytime. I love this game. Highly recommend for a fun party game!
