Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 8 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Morlan's shorts:

This started out as a fun, easy going arcade-ish beat'em-up.. Bright colours, shiny graphics, upbeat music, "cavemen" setting.. So what's wrong? The graphics and animation feel a bit flat, soulless and too cartoony for their own good and so does the gameplay. Getting some flash..flashes here. Also there's a (fairly early) end-level boss which I'm sure has some colour-effect you have to take advantage of, but I can't tell the colours well so it's almost impossible to beat because you have 3 lives! And that's my other issue as this is supposedly a casual game! If you lose your 3 lives (renewed on save spots, around 3 spots each level) you have to replay the level which I find a total waste of time if you only need to reach the boss. Maybe it's more fun on co-op or PvP that it advertises but I found the whole setting kind of flat/too generic and the price is too high for such a (non)casual feeling. For an arcade-ish (not casual) experience, maybe at the 2 coin mark it's alright. EDIT: Also, after a game crash I lost all progress. Crap like this makes you hate even games you loved, so in this occasion.. Don't buy. If you have to, only under 1coin! Yep, turned sour. Don't waste more time reading lengthy reviews.. time is of the essence!

On this date, only 5.1% have the achievement for beating this game. There are reasons for that. I rage quit after I died to the ball joint of the spider-mech boss's leg. He pierces the ground with the spear end of his leg, yet I died to the leg's ball joint. -_- Besides all that, the controls feel stiff, and the music is forgettable. My wife and I got to the boss of stage 6, I think, when we decided to quit. I'm not sure that we'll ever come back to this. :/
Caveman Warriors, developed and published by JanduSoft, is a vibrant 2D platformer that channels the spirit of classic arcade games from the 1990s. Released in 2017, the game offers a nostalgic trip back to the era of side-scrolling action, combining cooperative gameplay, charming visuals, and engaging level design. Players can choose from four distinct caveman characters, each equipped with unique abilities, to embark on a quest to rescue their kidnapped tribe members. This premise, though straightforward, provides a solid foundation for a gameplay experience that balances action, exploration, and teamwork. The gameplay in Caveman Warriors is built around traversing diverse environments teeming with enemies and environmental hazards. Levels are designed to challenge players’ platforming skills and combat tactics, requiring a mix of precise jumps, quick reflexes, and effective use of each character’s special moves. The cooperative mode, supporting up to four players locally, is a standout feature that significantly enhances the fun and replayability. Players must coordinate and combine their abilities to overcome obstacles and take down bosses, fostering a sense of camaraderie. While the game embraces a classic arcade difficulty, this can sometimes feel punishing, especially with mechanics like knockback on damage and scarce checkpoints, which may prove frustrating for some but rewarding for those seeking a challenge. Visually, Caveman Warriors adopts a colorful, cartoonish style that evokes the charm and whimsy of 90s arcade titles. The game’s environments vary widely, from lush, prehistoric jungles to fiery volcanic landscapes, each filled with unique enemies and creative hazards. The character designs are playful and expressive, which adds to the lighthearted tone of the game, contrasting nicely with the intense action. The soundtrack complements the visuals with upbeat, catchy tunes that maintain the game’s energetic pace. However, while the art and audio effectively capture a retro vibe, some players might find the presentation a bit dated compared to more modern indie platformers, lacking the polish or innovation seen elsewhere. In terms of performance and accessibility, Caveman Warriors runs smoothly across a range of hardware, including the Steam Deck, ensuring it reaches a broad audience. The controls are tight and responsive, essential for the precision demanded by the platforming and combat mechanics. The simplicity of the controls makes the game approachable for newcomers, while the difficulty curve and cooperative dynamics provide depth for more experienced players. One limitation to note is the absence of online multiplayer, which restricts cooperative play to local sessions only. This decision may reduce the game’s appeal for those who prefer connecting with friends remotely but keeps the experience intimate and social for couch co-op fans. Overall, Caveman Warriors is a delightful throwback to the golden age of arcade platformers, delivering a mix of challenging gameplay, cooperative fun, and nostalgic aesthetics. Its engaging level design, charming characters, and dynamic multiplayer mode make it a worthwhile title for fans of retro-inspired indie games. Though it may not break new ground or offer deep innovation, it succeeds in creating a solid, entertaining package that captures the essence of its inspirations while standing on its own merits. For players who enjoy cooperative platformers with a healthy dose of difficulty and a lighthearted prehistoric theme, Caveman Warriors offers a memorable and enjoyable experience. Rating: 6/10

I am 32 years old. My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old. When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing. Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side. With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay. After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like. Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends. Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together. Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that. Thank you.
First of all, I got really rough first impressions of this game because it started really generic and it wasn't easy on top of that, but then I kept at it, I got used to the controls and the levels started to get more complex making the gameplay feel deeper... and I started liking it a lot. The collectables are well hidden and rewarding to find, the bosses are easy (nothing compared to the levels that preceded them) but creative and fun, I was really loving this game and going for the achievements. Then I unlocked arcade mode (A.K.A. Hard mode) where your health slowly drains over time and you take more damage wich wasn't as annoying as I thought it would be. The difference that made this mode a total headache was that bottomless pits now one shot you (on normal they just took a chunk of health) and that made the alternative versions of level 2, 5 and 8 a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nightmare. Those three levels alone destroyed most of the enjoyment I've had with the game up to that point and considering that a LOT of people just rage quitted on normal mode says a lot about those three ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ levels. AND TO ADD THE CHERRY ON TOP THE LAST ACHIEVEMENT OF JUST COLLECTING ALL OTHER ACHIEVEMENTS (that I did) IS ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ GLITCHED!!! ALL THAT EFFORT AND IN THE END I STILL GET AN INCOMPLETE GAME BECAUSE WELL ♥♥♥♥ ME I GUESS!!! Really, this is a fun throw back game, the art design is gorgeous from the levels to the characters, the game is fun even if also retro hard (those 3 levels on arcade mode just a bit more I guess) but as a completionist I feel bad recomending this game and casual gamers seem to not even finish the normal levels so I really don't think I can say this game is appealing to anything other than masochists.
