Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 7 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Cast Out Colony has been described by its players as a blend of Animal Crossing, Cult of the Lamb, and Vampire Survivors. It fuses roguelite gameplay, bullet-heaven action, and intricate town-building components to craft an entirely distinctive experience, redefining the survival genre. The meta-progression is located within the colony itself. The larger you grow your colony, the higher your character's stats become.

Cool Game !
An absolute gem in the flood of this genre that deserves a lot more attention than it gets! The graphics are really nice, lovely characters and details in the base building - and having the building aspect at all, even rewarding you for decorating! [strike]It doesn't come with the usual weapon/passive merging[/strike], but therefor you get an ultimate and you can take different villagers on your runs to assist you. A big YES! BUY!! from me if you are into this kind of games! This is one of the games I would buy a "Support the developer" package for if they had one! Edit: Found the weapon merging ;)

Very good, the fun of Vampire Survivor with an extra layer of town management!
Very fun! The gameplay is quite enjoyable, from the serene town building to the chaotic arena runs. At first you use whatever abilities you have and get eaten, but as you progress and unlock new abilities, buildings, characters and the like, you’ll begin to experiment and find what works best and eventually discover how to turn your flimsy level 1 character into an enemy steamroller at the end of the run. It has a very addicting gameloop, as every run still feels different enough than the last, which gives the game a lot of replayability. The art style is completely cool! it's simple, but has that “usually weird/spooky thing is now cuddly, cute thing now looks rough” style that made Plants vs Zombies so memorable. Honestly, it was Mecha Green in the trailer what finally made me get the game, it’s so cool! The character design is remarkable, and the graphics and sounds are very cool including the arenas and abilities (you’ll definitely want to see the flashy Skill Tree abilities). As it’s still in early access, it lacks a bit in variety, as many enemies are quite similar in appearance, the music in every arena (although good) is the same, and so far, the endgame consists solely of challenging the harder difficulties, which is still fun, but feels more like a personal challenge than something that directly influences events in your colony. All in all, it’s very entertaining and definitely worth it. It’s very promising, and I’m hopeful for the full release. Best of luck to the devs!
Really fun survivorlike with a fun / chill colony building mechanic. I played it for 4 hours straight on accident ...
fun game similar to vamp survivors made by only 3 people although lacking a bit in content, I'm sure more will be added in the coming updates
It's a nice Arena shooter with cute bugs.
I'm not an expert in these kind of "number go up" games, but this one is pretty solid. I think the UI could've used more polish, and I really wish there were variety in the soundtrack, but otherwise it's mechanically solid and the bug designs are really pleasing and clever.
Bullet heaven and town-builder lovers can unite in enjoying Cast Out Colony. I had never played a bullet heaven game before, and had relatively limited town-builder experience; neither of those facts were a barrier to learning and enjoying Cast Out Colony. The characters are fun and distinct, the abilities vary dramatically, and my sandbox itch is scratched when I build out my colony. The roguelite aspect and cast of characters work together to keep the gameplay from feeling repetitive, and seeing my novice skill improve has been immensely satisfying. I would challenge you to find a developer that is more involved in their community or listens to feedback better, and the artists ensure that it's never boring to look at. If you're even just thinking about it, I promise that you won't regret giving it a chance (and gifting it to someone you think would enjoy it, too!).
