This sites features/ games aren’t working right Just made a purchase and coins gone in minutes. Features aren’t working right also. The games are uneventful and don’t pay anything, especially on the bonus rounds. It’s boring to spin so many coins away to get a bonus that doesn’t pay anything. Do not play this game I have been playing this game for 12 years. Today they blocked me. When I went to buy a $29.99 purchase of more coins the screen glitched and I accidentally hit the $249.99 button. I was devastated. Last night 8/10/26 I frantically messaged Cashman explaining my situation hoping to get a refund, they BLOCKED ME. Absolutely no compassion what-so-ever. I can’t even play the 1.7 billion coins I accidentally purchased. I feel like they are from India or Pakistan or someplace like that. I live in the US. lol they will probably take this review down.

Terrible Customer Service I requested that my account be deleted, and I received an email that appeared to be a final opportunity to reconsider before the deletion was completed. Later, I decided to re-download the game, but I was unable to access my account and received a message stating that I could not access it. I then downloaded another game operated by the same company. I was able to play for a few hours, but when I tried to log back in, I received the same access restriction message that I had received with Hearts of Vegas. I had been a loyal player for years and spent a significant amount of money on these games. Over time, I found myself spending more and more while continually losing. Shortly before all of this, I had also purchased a Boost Pack. When I reached out to customer service regarding the issue, I was told I needed to submit additional information and complete further steps, but I did not receive meaningful assistance in resolving the problem.

SCAM SCAM SCAM This is one of the biggest scams as far as casino games. You will spend hundreds of dollars and get NOTHING in return.
