Replaying the campaign after 8 straight years of COD not feeling like its old self and even then, ww2 was a stretch. COD didn't really have a slow downfall. It was good, then not good, then horrible. The shift in quality between titles whether campaign or multiplayer is extremely noticeable by bo3. People would argue it started with AW but i feel like it tried to retain some level of realism, even in its futuristic theming. But come Bo3 It was entirely downhill. Its just been discovered online that Black Ops 2 will be released on modern consoles and if Activision fixes the servers so peoples accounts wont be genuinely hacked, it could be a resurgence of OG COD. The only thing they have to do is fix the servers. I want a basic run and gun so badly. No sliding. No movement tech. No garbage reimaginings. No key jingling nostalgic updates. Black Ops 2. Rereleased. Fixed servers.

BEST COD so far

So I only play COD for the campaign, and this one was elite. Such a good story of betrayal, and it made me so interested to see what happens in MW3. Rating: 10/10
