Call of Duty®: Black Ops

I think this is one of the games I've missed playing the most. I used to play for hours when it first came out. I'm only playing for the Zombies, obviously, but that's all I need to consider this worth the money. I'm having a great time playing zombies over and over and over again.

16 year old game that activision still charges full price for along with £12 per dlc, what an absolute joke not even mentioning the downright comedic level of security issues in multiplayer, this is the only game i know where exploiters can literally remotely access your pc just by being in the same lobby as you dont get me wrong the game is good, i just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate treyarch and activision

买正玩盗系列，真不是我鼓吹盗版，而是你游戏老是出问题，之前可以启动游戏，但是现在再次下载启动游戏，就一直卡在正在加载可执行文件，更关键的是，dlc 买了没卵用，因为线上根本玩不了，目前 PC 上体验最好的老 cod 还是现代战争 1 和黑色行动三

I honestly don’t understand the hype around Call of Duty: Black Ops. The campaign is seriously overrated and becomes boring after just a few missions. The story tries way too hard to be “deep,” but ends up feeling messy, disjointed, and at times completely nonsensical. The constant jumping between memories is more confusing than engaging. The characters? Completely forgettable. Mason, Woods, and the rest are supposed to be important, but by the end of the game you barely remember anything about them. They lack personality and depth, making it hard to care about anything that happens. Gameplay in the campaign is just a basic corridor shooter with no real freedom — you move forward, shoot waves of enemies, and that’s it. It feels repetitive very quickly and offers nothing new compared to previous entries. On top of that, there’s a serious lack of innovation. It feels more like a copy-paste of earlier Call of Duty games rather than something fresh. Even the “epic” moments feel shallow and scripted. Overall, the campaign is short, shallow, and forgettable. Once it’s over, it leaves no lasting impression — no emotions, no memorable moments. Easily one of the most disappointing entries in the series.
