Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Sep 8 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
A troubled loner with a hunger for cinematic gore finds himself on the other side of the camera when rumors of authentic snuff videotapes lead him to an abandoned cabin near Butcher's Creek, Pennsylvania. What starts as illicit urban exploration becomes a fight for survival when he's captured by a gang of sadistic killers. Now his only option is to pick up a box cutter, a hammer, a pickaxe, or whatever else is at hand, and unleash a little video violence of his own.
Use hammers, axes, pipes, 2x4s, box cutters, and more to brutalize anything that stands between you and freedom
When all else fails, the level itself can be a weapon. Kick props into enemies, or enemies into environment hazards.
Photograph gruesome murder scenes to fulfill your dark desires and regain lost health
Explore decaying farmhouses, collapsing factories, and seedy strip clubs in a forgotten corner of the Appalachian Forest
Experience a unique aesthetic combining the gritty shot-on-video look of found footage with the photosourced visual style of Source Engine games
An exercise in genuine audio/visual atmospheric discomfort

Definitely recommend this to any fans of David's previous work or horror games in general.

While this game is short imo(only taking 2 hours and change to beat for me) its atmosphere and combat are really rewarding and if you already enjoy Szymanski works i'd suggest picking up on sale. I think its one of the few games rivaling Condemned: Criminal Origins in the grungy atmosphere.

good mashup of Condemned and Dusk
really cool horror game, sometimes enemies scream "you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ penis" when you hit them and i like that it makes me go :)
apart from the enemies (which are dumb as rocks) this is hands down my favorite david szymanski game. the premise might seem silly but WOW is the storytelling good for a game about beating identical-looking dudes to death over and over. it takes the best parts from all his other games and combines them into an experience that's sometimes genuinely terrifying and always fun as hell. (without spoiling too much, i recommend you play some of his other games before this one, specifically
squirrel stapler
and
the pony factory
.)
Это просто охуенно. Небольшое но разнообразное оружие ближнего боя, которым можно разбивать будки недоброжелателям, гнетущая атмосфера, переплетение с другими играми разработчика и просто невероятно мясной саундтрек
